notified the company I purchase through who forwarded to tonics for a refund. They declined refund saying the amazing AI function only allows for large objects like shoes and furniture. Considering this machine costs $1200 I think bumping into furniture and changing direction and not sucking up shoes isn’t very advanced, if anything this is the equivalent of what a $300 vac can do and probably better. I asked for a call but only get no refund and we won’t assess for a fault unless you spend money to have it cleaned. Terrible customer service but even worse product.

Further to customer service, I submitted I was happy for mediation and robovac responded very fast asking who I purchased through and invoice number. I responded within 3 days. I didn't receive a response, and I messaged again a week later asking if they received information. Still no response. Mediation is 14 days; I have given them 3 weeks and no response just silence.

Extremely disappointed with the post-purchase service for my Roborock. Despite providing clear video evidence of a fault while under warranty, the "support" team has entered a repetitive loop of requests followed by complete silence. feels like a deliberate tactic to discourage customers from using their warranty. I bought this from JB Hi-Fi and will be taking it back to them directly as Roborock’s own service is non-existent. Too bad! I loved my robot but now it didn’t last even 1 year!!

I had a RoboRock S5 and when it was time for a new one, I went straight back to RoboRock. I gave my S5 to my parents, and they love their little helper. The vacuum’s auto-emptying feature is incredibly handy, and the mop refill and cleaning take convenience to another level.

Very happy with Roborock Qrevo EdgeC. The app is easy to use and was of high priority in my purchase. The unit is easy to start. Once you turn the unit on it returns to base for charging. with a large house. Performance wise this unit gets into all the corners, white tiles are cleaned beautifully and the carpet is spotless. And the unit is very quiet except for the auto emptying function, but it only lasts a few seconds. Mop pads are velcro and. can be washed in your machine. Since setting this unit up, all I've had to do is empty and refill the water tanks, which couldn't be easier thanks to their location adn handy handles. You wont regret buying this vacuum.

four full cleans I inspected the rollers dust bin and removed the filter to clean, could leave this for a longer period. As the machine cleans itself when it goes back to its Docking station. Believe me throw away your stick vacuum, well maybe keep it for the odd time you will need it. Set up is Real easy as it goes around and maps your house and you can look at the map and see where he she has cleaned. One feature I really appreciate is its ability to cross small steps, like the one at my bathroom entrance, without getting stuck. The noise level is also quite acceptable, and the controls are very beginner-friendly — I had no trouble setting it up or operating it.

The only minor downside is that it sometimes struggles to detect transparent glass obstacles, which I hope can be improved in future updates.

Overall, it’s an efficient, reliable, and easy-to-use cleaning companion. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I've only been using the device for less than a month when I noticed that one of the mop pads wasn't getting wet. I tried cleaning the water outlet with a needle, but it didn’t help. $1,584 for this machine and am quite disappointed that such a basic fault wasn’t picked up during quality control

Update : I’ve received the mop back, but after a few weeks of use, the same issue has returned , only one mop pad gets wet, and there’s no water coming from the other. I’m not going to send it in for service again; instead, I’ll be returning it to JB Hi-Fi for a refund.

cleans the mop regularly, and the mop spins. It's a light mop, but it's amazing for nightly touch up in between the main mop.

Cleans really well. Cleverly avoids obstacles. Things my first time with a robot vacuum and I love it. The deep cleaning schedules are very thorough. Had this for a few months now. Works like a dream when it works however lately we've started experiencing "errors" which don't seem to go away despite resets and remapping. Lidar error is the most common error and seems to be a software issue because we definitely know there's nothing wrong with it as it still rotates freely when tried with a pencil, as advised by Roborok. At times it can't finish the job because the sensors are "dusty" so we have to wipe that frequently too.

As we run this every night, we've already got alerts to replace the filter and side brush (less than 5 months).

Overall it's a great investment, we haven't had to mop the floor ourselves in months however would be nice if it was more consistent with its reliability. It probably mops better than it vacuums though. Huti

I bought this from roborock store. It passes over the same debris ten times on my white tiles without actually picking it up. It does collect some dust but not enough. for refund via email, no reply. Also, the dust bin does not seem to be able to auto empty and it’s awkward with a hole on the opener side of the filter that needs to be removed so if I turn it over to remove the filter cap the dust falls out of the hole. So dumb. Don’t buy it. I’m still trying to get my refund.
