We were happy with the cleaning the machine provided. Unfortunately we needed spare parts for the Lulu tower. The supplier, Robot MY Life tooks weeks, after numerous follow ups, to reply and then told us we would receive an invoice to order the parts. After 3 more weeks we cut our losses and changed to another brand. Avoid this company the service is non existant!! Show details

Great reliable robot cleaner for our white tiled floor. Navigation and app function well. Lulu station keeps the mop clean for a couple of weeks at a time between refill. a satisfying indication of results. Unfortunately, it has recently stopped operating and so far I have been waiting over a month for a response from customer support after raising multiple tickets and calling the automated phone service. I just want to get the cleaner working again.

Additionally, they are based in Melbourne, so if you're located outside of Melbourne, I strongly advise against purchasing. Their support seems inadequate if you’re not local, which only adds to the frustration.

Excellent product – Excellent performance. farm, there is always stuff blowing around outside and on shoes). It has made my life so much easier and my floors are always clean. It does a deep clean mopping function which is good to use weekly for high traffic areas. The mapping function is good, it gets better as the unit works, but there's a learning curve in how to get it to work perfectly, like using under-couch as a curtain setting so if your fabric hangs underneath it will still go there. I can't recommend it highly enough, even for first time users. And it's made in Taiwan, not China which is also a plus.

Love love love – I absolutely love my legeee, it saves me so much time. I can go to work and come home to a clean house. Very easy to use and see what areas have been cleaned or not. I have tiles all over and a rug and it does a pretty good job on both surfaces. Show details

False warranty – First twelve months , hobot worked well except need to replace the brush roller every 50 cycles , otherwise the mopping plate would not vibrate to clean. robot started to go backwards . After multiple phone calls , I was provided return postage to return robot for repairs. Two months later, the robot was returned in the same package with the same problem. I have attached the video . The robot was supposedly repaired with change in sensors but the packaging looked remarkable similar to when I sent the machine back for repair. I spent the next month trying to contact the service center on the phone and via email.

I would caution those contemplating this machine to purchase knowing that the supposed 2 year warranty is a false promise and you take your chances with the robot. If it works, it cleans well but has high recurring cost with need to frequently replace brush roller for full functionality.

small 1 cm step up into the bathroom. Our unit operated faultlessly for just on 18 months before we decided a new rotary brush and the brush cage which has a rubber edging needed replacing. After some 6 months the sales and service agents Robot My Life did eventually produce these items, which we duly purchased and fitted. Software upgrades were transmitted by the manufacturer end of 2024, which were seamlessly updated on our unit. Recently just on 2 years of life, the unit fails to proceed. Hobot Legee has a voice, and declares it is trapped, needs to be relocated and restarted, regardless of where placed. The caterpillar track drives and brushes rotate for a second before the dreaded Legee is trapped alert. Okay so the unit requires repair. And now the problems really begin. Going to the Hobot manufacturers website in Taiwan and completing the online service request, an email form generates with it, Carbon Copied to Robot my Life the Australian service agent.. Robot my Life is the retailer of Moebot Robotic Lawn Mowers, now notorious for failed service be it warranty or repair of Moebot Robotic Mower products sold by them. If service standards for the Legee prove to be similar.. Its a shame, the Hobot Legee is a great unit when operating. I will update this review after a reasonable period of time to see if Robot my Life are able and willing to support the Hobot Product... Edited Update. Talk about a run around by Robot My Life. Weeks. Requesting video's, and then advising the product was out of warranty. I had been very specific, this was NOT a warranty claim or issue. Hobot has them listed as the service Agents for Aus/Nz. I was seeking an address for return of product for Service / Repairs. What the Service Inspection Fee was for this product? And of Course I appreciated there would be a parts cost, to be determined with a return freight cost. Repair time? All too hard or too specific for them. They would advise me at sometime an address for return, and they would tell me a cost to repair, before actually repairing. Eventually sent a contract, open ended to sign that I would pay unknown costs and postage. My decision invest $249 and buy a new Arlec Robot Vacuum / Mop from Bunnings. Let you know how this one goes, once run.

I’m really happy with my Q10. It cleans the floors well. Obviously there will be some areas that require some human attention but overall it does a pretty good job. My second lady in the house !!! In combination of having a long haired dog who sheds continuously, and being a full time worker, It was difficult maintaining a hair free home. seem to have same experience as many others: worked well to start eg 12 months or so, but cant get the replacement cleaning materials now, buy online but after payment no delivery and appear to be no longer available, no response to followup queries, limited or no customer service subsequently, had to reclaim cost of online cleaning materials… Read more

The Hobot vacuums pretty good. It sometimes gets stuck in a tight space. I would generally exclude those tight spots from the program. It maps the house easily and knows where to go and not to go. The unit vacuums to a reasonable standard on both hard floors and carpet. But that's about where the positives end. Unless you fix the charging station to the wall, the unit will knock it and fail to dock. It regularly forgets its own maps and has to be reprogramed. The robot functions Ok on hard surfaces although often fails to find it's way back to charge or fails to identify the current map. On dark carpet it is totally useless and just spins in a circle before reporting it is stuck. dock is completely useless with cleaning brushes that disintegrate and apparently no replacement parts available. Spend a bit more and buy a better quality unit.

Initial thoughts after 1 year – Very disappointed. The first machine lasted 6 months and then stopped working. We got very poor service to replace or repair under warranty. Legee D8 and Lulu Tower makes cleaning easy – Really happy with the Legee D8. I had the D7 previously, and the D8 is a massive improvement. Manages small steps easily, extra large dust compartment. vacuum mainly on hardwood floors and it performs very well. I occasionally use it on carpet and it is also good.
