Quite good – Maco is nice to deal with. Edwin and Robin have done a great job of installation, and the new blind looks pretty good.

Customer service and a perfect product – Marco and Razel were amazing to deal with. Great energy and quick responses (Marco for the quick responses and clear communication. Razel for the energy she gives and going above and beyond requirement to deliver the blind samples to my home at the peak of COVID. This helped us choose fantastic colours for the blinds, shutters and curtains. And also place the order remotely on time so that it was available for us to move in. The installation team was patient on the day of installation. Dealt with a delay in the start as the site was still not available. They were very professional during installation. Finally the product was fantastic. Perfect fit and colours. It was a combination of curtains, blinds and shutters. Every product type in window furnishing. Cannot fault any of those products. Looks awesome in my house.

Very unprofessional business etiquettes – I popped into their store considering I recently moved to my new property in Point Cook (nearby) and they had pretty decent reviews online. As I did not get the builder to do my blinds (wanted to customize them), it was quite urgent for me to get blinds for privacy reasons as I have already moved into the new property now. Now I took a day off to go to their shop with my plans and measurements for them to provide me with a quote, which as promised was delayed by couple of days of me trying to follow up continuously via emails and phone. I told them initially that I have quote from other vendors which I would like to price match as they publicly say on their website (taking into consideration it is a similar range of fabric) to which they turned back and inform they won't. Not another things I noticed on their website was around 30% discount if you bring your plans and measurement to their shop, to which again they turned back and only provided less than 20 percent. Again I was informed that website does not show correct information and needs to be updated.

Now the biggest point that frustrated me was that they initially informed since I engaged with them was that their turn around time is 5 business days, but today I was told that they cannot do this even when I gave them time until end of January saying they are now booked out. I am kind of stuck because of them as I was focusing on them for blinds and they did not inform me anything about being booked out earlier. Now the real issue is that I need to go overseas and I have no privacy screens on my house windows. Quite late to reach out the other suppliers as well. Guys you need to be more professional and ethical with what you display on your website and also what information you provide to customers while setting their expectations. VERY VERY unprofessional.

We apologise for your negative experience in getting a quote from us and choosing not to order from us. We always want to be honest with our customers rather than promising them something that we cannot deliver just to get a sale. Since we do not have the actual measurements of your windows, it is impossible for us to promise you a turn around time as we do not manufacture blinds just based off your floor plan.

We could not match your other quote as it was for SUPPLY ONLY and not including installation. We offer discount up to 30% and not a fixed 30%, depends on the total cost of your blinds.

My total quote you guys gave me based on the floor plan was $2375, does that not quality for 30% discount? Further no point of discussion guys when you cannot estimate time-frames appropriately as the day I went into your store first time I stated clearly that I need this done by Jan end (going overseas) and I was told that's fine, now if you know that measurement guys availability is another issue that you need to cater too as well, you should advise the customer on their delivery expectations based on that too rather wasting times and telling them a week later that sorry our measurement guys is booked out so we cannot meet your deadlines now.

Also how hard was it for you match your price based on material cost only and then apply your installation costs on the top of it as a full or rather remove your installation costs and I could have done it myself (not a rocket science guys). Please don't give excuses in social platform when you could not handle conversations appropriately during the customer call or instore visits.

Perfect blinds – We installed a new house full of a combination of roman and roller blinds, some blockout some not. All were of excellent quality and finish. Installation was prompt and efficient. Have had no problems. Only problem which really is more about convenience. They are located out West (Melbourne). I was in the East. So I think for them to get to you can take a bit longer and vice versa, when i needed to go to their showroom.

But otherwise I highly recommend them.

Razel on reception is very friendly and helpful.
