Bought two shakers from them. They were only 600mls and not the 750 they should be. The volume gradient is on the inside and barely legible. You need a magnifying glass and very bright light to see it. Reached out to the company. Email responses from them took 24 to 48hrs each time and were very short with no name given to who was replying to me. I wanted and asked how to return them, they are not used and would be returned exactly as I received them. I got one response that said "Can you send a photo". I sent 6 photos. 24hrs later, someone wrote and said "we don't see any issues". That's all that was said. No name given to that reply.Then I got another email at around the same time saying "how can we help". Really bizarre. They claim to be a company in Queensland yet the product was posted from China and took nearly 2 weeks to get to me. I have given up waiting for them to do the right thing and allow me to return these dodgy shakers hence this review in the form of a warning!!. Stay clear of 3RD PHIX. There's something very very odd with this company and they're not willing to arrange for me to return the shakers and refund me. I'm adding this 2 days after I wrote this. I got an email that said 50% refund has been processed. That's all it said but I have not received the money and further emails to them asking where that 50% refund is have gone unanswered.. it's all been a very weird experience dealing with them. I've given up. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY, I SMELL A RAT.

Purchased a fitness bottle shaker cup from them. Unpackaged item and immediately noted the plug / seal on the lid to stop liquid coming out of the spout was stuck inside of the spout. Reached out to the company via facebook, their only response was "have you tried putting it back on" - however the item is clearly broken and shouldn't come off in the first place. After repeated follow ups asking for a new lid they have ghosted me.

Sent an email to their email account which has to date been ignored.
