Fantastic Customer Service

I have purchased two kids snorkel masks from Ninja Shark and a pair of adult swimming goggles. The masks are brilliant for the kids, and goggles are great. Customer service was impressive - I had a small issue with the google clasp, and they replaced the goggles within a week of me contacting them.

Product and customer service is magnificent

My eight year old uses his mask nearly weekly and a small filter came off recently. Ninja Shark quickly addressed the issue and replaced the mask even though it was a year old.

I had ordered a mask but it turned out to be too big, I got in contact with the support team who assisted me very swiftly every time and exchanged it for a smaller size! I received my mask just before heading down to the beach for the day, the timing was perfect and also the mask was a perfect fit, comfortable and easy to breath, I will be living in the sea now lol Thank you Ninja Shark!!

Was disappointed, Aussie family owned business and products made in China. Didn't realise until products received. Was wanting to support an Australian owned and made product...Placed an order Saturday, emailed them Sunday to add to my order. Rang Monday morning which they confirmed ok. They emailed later to inform too late already dispatched, (emailed from China). Received an email 6.30pm from Australia post just received and processing . Lazy staff

Missing parts

Ordered the action camera pack, when received and opened it there were parts missing. Emailed the company and they said that those were not included and they would not send them. I showed them with screen shots of their website of what was included in the pack and also showed them what the box said was included both were stating the same thing. My friend also ordered the exact same and she received each peice as stated on website and box. I pointed this out and got the same answer. I told them I would contact consumer protection and they are now ignoring my attempts to contact.

I had ordered an item which, although a clearly high quality product, unfortunately didn't quite cater to the special purpose I had in mind. I emailed Ninja Shark and was pleasantly surprised with an almost immediate response, answering my queries and offering an exchange for another item, with free return post for the the original order. All sorted in a short time with no hassles or argy bargy. All sorted on what would have been a very busy New Year's Eve for Ninja Shark!

My son has sensory issues and after trying a friends full face mask (which he was thrilled with) I decided to get him one for his birthday. I ordered the kids package with fins and a bag. Loved the fins because they’re adjustable, perfect for growing feet! The mask ended up being too small so I reached out to the company and they exchanged it for the small adults mask. All this over the extremely busy Christmas period. The service is amazing. I simply can’t thank them enough. I would highly recommend Ninja Shark.

We had an issue with our ninja camera not recording underwater and we brought this to the attention to ninja shark , there response time was fantastic as they responded the same day with a resolution the customer service could not be faulted Thankyou ninja shark for the great customer service And our ninja pro equaliser masks are great , they were purchased as a bundle they don’t leak the quality of the products are very good, would definitely recommend this company and there products

Amazing customer service - even got a phone call on Christmas morning after emailing with concerns about the fit for my 8yr old daughter on a full face snorkel! So impressed! Looking forward to snorkeling with my little humans this summer!

My children (15, 12 & 10) tested out the masks yesterday and had trouble breathing at times. Stated that the masks kept suctioning to their faces tighter with each breath then couldn’t get air in through snorkel. Can you please offer some help with this? Alison

Sounds like the snorkel is blocked? You should try it yourself with the 10-year olds mask. When entering the water, put the face FLAT down in the water. Don't try and submerge chin first. I got one for Christmas and mine is excellent.

Ive had trouble breathing with two facemasks bought for xmas. It appears the slides in the snorkel have stopped moving preventing the air intake. We freed up one snorkel but the second one stopped completely. What do we need to do?

I just borrowed my grandsons mask and the snorkel piece came off due to a wave. It is lost out there in the Pacific ocean now.
Can I Buy the snorkel piece only for a S/M mask.
