Hands down the best thing I’ve ever purchased for my 7yr old son.

Ordered kids snorkels. Got spammed for life

Products we bought for the kids are good but the spam email afterwards is not worth it. Several times I have asked for it to stop. To unsubscribe. To no avail. Still a daily spam email, pushing products.

I will never buy from this company again. Its been 6 months of spam emails so far. Show details

Customer service

After finding a slight issue with my Ninjashark Electra, I contacted customer service immediately for help....1st thing on a Sunday morning.
I expected the issue to be followed up the following Monday but was amazed to receive a response in less than 5 minutes, which fixed the problem straight away,

Just over a year old and my son mask doesn’t work

Son mask is less than a year old. It doesn’t charge and doesn’t work in manual mode. No customer service. And didn’t really care. Show details

Disappointed

Purchased a few months ago, only had the chance to use them two weeks ago, they were good for first 30 minutes but then fogged up instantly kept trying to clear it but within 5 seconds fogged again, could not see a thing. Contacted them and they said I should buy the anti fog spray.
I would just buy a cheep pair as was all they need to be good is anti fog spray as well.

Great for the whole family!

Bought the masks and fins for our whole family. They work great. Our youngest is 8 and she is able to snorkel without any issues. Two of us have issues with water leaking around our eyes, as our faces are skinnier, however with a little adjusting, it works well. We can now snorkel comfortably as a family.
We also lost part of a fin while snorkelling, and ninja shark customer service were very helpful in replacing the fin for us. Quick response and friendly staff. Would definitely buy again! Show details

Snorkelling superstar

I purchased a full mask adult size Christmas time. I still can not use it. I can not inhale at all and if I manage to it is through extreme hardship. When I exhale it blows bubbles out of the side area down by the mouth area. Is this normal. I will be honest and say I have a cheaper version and I absolutely love it - it is so easy to use. I want to love your product too….:)

The mask wont stop beeping. It's actually one long beep and it's impossible to stop it. Can you tell me what the problem is and if there is a solution? The mask has only been used 2 times.

We have a brand new Ninja snorkel but it won't charge. The contact points on the charging cable won't stay contacted to the snorkel, it falls off. Even if we hold it on & make contact manually it doesn't charge.
It was a xmas gift & we turned it on once, it worked for a few minutes but now it's dead.
