Words cannot explain how bad this so called organisation is. You try to call, no one answers except an answering service stating to send them an email. Multiple emails sent without any reply. Wanting desperately to return my item for a bigger size but they just don't care. Would have to be the worse customer service I've ever experienced. They wont even reply on EBAY either. Stay well clear of them.

How to sell more merchandise – Service is very good. Would like more information about make up of product e.g. 100%cotton, polyester etc. Always on lookout for club related merchandise however am not prepared to pay asking prices when items result in my being a mobile advertisement for sponsors. In other words much prefer tasteful supporters gear in club colours and logo only.

Very Disappointed!! – Please do not use this Supplier!! I had placed an order for two kids football jerseys which never arrived. Multiple attempts were made to contact the supplier to follow up on the order but the number provided did not work. Following this we went to the address in Carringbah to follow up in person and could not locate the premises. Still no jerseys, still no reply and out of pocket $194.00.

I purchased a pair of QLD Maroons 2025 State of Origin NRL Mens Barrel Board Shorts. The item as it looks is accurate and it was delivered fairly quickly with tracking available. The description was fairly accurate however there is no Lycra fly opening, nor is the pocket on right leg thigh of Velcro, It is a Zip opening. Although the size XL shows the measurements, I found them to be a bit tight. I should have bought a XXL in hindsight.

Arrived quickly, I paid for express postgage to make sure it arrived before Christmas but not needed as dispatched so qhickly. Very hard to get item so was pleased to be able to purchase what I wanted. I ho[e my grandson will be very hqppy.

I love Savvy. I now look to put any order through them, it is easier and quicker than me using any shops in the UK or the rest of Europe (and they ship to me, unlike some of the actual NRL team sites). Never once have they let me down with any purchase. I will be using them for a long time to come. I also like some of the stock items which I cannot find anywhere else.
