4wheelHouse AKA 4X4 Force. After seeing an item I was seeking on their website at a great price, with 5% discount and free shipping, I decided to place the order. Their system wouldn't show any other shipping method than click and collect. I needed it shipped to Townsville by Australia Post. After finally communicating with someone, I'm told their system couldn't calculate the shipping as I'm in a rural area. I'm in Townsville, it's a major city! Oh, but its 2300 km from Sydney! WHAT? It's not rural.

But they think anything that isn't a state capital as rural. WTH?

Then I'm offered shipping for $15 blaming high fuel prices and courier costs. I wanted it sent by Australia Post, not a courier! Where's the free shipping gone?

I gave up, as they kept putting up one rubbish excuse after the next to deny free shipping.

You get free shipping...but!
