Snap Shades

They fit vert well. The quality is slightly lower than I would expect at the price point. They are described as being foldable to store, but I found that folding leads to the warping you see in the picture as well as a little bit of opening on the corners, visible here. I have owned these for three months. Show details

Superb product! Fits my car windshield perfectly. It’s not flimsy, reflects the sun, and keeps the car cool.

Living in Adelaide our summer weather can be brutal which can be intensified through the front windscreen of vehicles. I have used other windscreen shades previously which have all been less than easy to use than the Snap Shades shade. I purchased a shade for our new Triton and following that I purchased shades for our 4 family owned vehicles.… Read more

These are excellent and simply much better than older flexible shades. We use our shades consistently and have recommended to others.

Perfect fit, this is the third snap shade I’ve had on different cars and they all fitted great, full coverage of front window easy to put up and stay in the same shape and strength compared to the cheap ones you can buy. More expensive but worth it. Show reply

I love how the product was made. I love how they effortlessly made to measure the item and put a brand name on it. I once forgot to close my window and went on a highway cruising on 80-100kph the magnetic didn’t even bother. My concern is since it is a premium fabric, everytime I check blind spot on left side rear window before changing lane, it’s… Read more

a little bit to dark for me. My car is old so blindspot warning is not installed that’s why my practice is to always make a quick look in my blind spot. But all in all, AMAZING PRODUCT!

Well received my Snap shades today and went to fit them on the rear 1/4 windows on my NM Pajero. They give you 3 plastics clips to be inserted into the rubber valley of the rubber seals. Tried it but the only problem was that overtime the plastic spacers would destroy the rubber moulding and that you can't open the rear 1/4 window without them… Read more

falling off.

So I come up with a better solution stick on Velcro tabs as shown in the pictures. Attach them to the window shade first and press it onto the window. Then you have to make sure to press all the air bubbles out between the glass and the Velcro tabs. Should they come loose from the window in the heat you could easily apply a small dab of 5 minute Araldite between the tab and the glass. Easily removed later with Stanley blade for what ever reason. I have given it 3 stars because I had to find a better solution.

Ordered a snap Shade for my GWM Tank 300 while there might be cheaper options out there the quality of their product products is superb and they do what they say blocking the heat inside your car and also giving you privacy and they also look good with a premium feel Show reply

Window shade is really sturdy and good quality, the best I’ve ever known. Fits perfectly and would recommend. Show details ·  1

Overall not a bad visor. Bought for my 2025 wrx fits windscreen about 90% of the perimeter only stays in place with sunvisors down. Materials made out of are sturdy keeps car cool. A little expensive for the figment.

I purchased my Snap shade for my Kona & have been extremely happy with it as my previous review states. However, it has failed the heat of FNQLD. The shade is bubbling. Find attached photo. I see someone else has experienced this. I hope Snap shades can assist with the next move. Thanks Show details ·  1

I bought front windscreen shade & rear door window shades for our new Santa Fe MY 26. Fits perfectly and keeps our car way cooler. Nothing is loose and falling off. I am specifically impressed with the Front windscreen shade as it is firm enough and looks beautiful. Protects our dashboard and leather interior. The rear windows shades are… Read more

amazing too, needed for kids as extra protection despite tinting. Very easy installation and no need to put those cheap covers over your rear windows that soaks in and brings all the moisture smell and rain inside.

So much better with kids.

Worth the money Spent.

Excellent decision to purchase from Snap Shades. I did my research prior & needed a perfect fit for my stinger gt windscreen. Needless to say it is better than I expected. It really does lower the temperature and covers so well without interfering with my dash cam. Love it & highly recommend. Also fast delivery!!!

The shades are great and fit nicely in the back windows and look good, very pleased with them. Show details

1st item bubbled up within 2 weeks. Company was very easy to deal with for replacement. Product is a great fit. The shades are easily crushed if you are not careful and are are assembled using something similar to core flute and the similar product used with a usual windscreen shade, with a fabric backing and I won't predict how heat will affect… Read more

glues over time. I feel $149.00 plus delivery is a little excessive for this item. I will point out i paid a discounted price of $119.20.

2024 Isuzu Dmax The fit is spot on It doesn't droop or flap about and is hard to the windscreen Noticeable difference in temperature Very happy

I LOVE it!! For the past 1-2 years, I have been hearing a lot about Snap Shades, despite I kept buying the universal sun shades from Automotive shops. After my last shade torn and started shedding material, I finally brought a Snap Shade for my car. The day I picked it up from the post office, I couldn't help but take it out the box straight away… Read more

and tried it. I absolutely love it!! Its custom fit for my car is spot on and very sturdy the way it folds and unfolds! Beautiful! Ditch those weak universal sun shades, do yourself and your car a favour, buy a Snap Shade! It is expensive but its worth every dollar! I even told a coworker to buy one for his new ute. Highly recommend this product!

We are very satisfied with the products we purchased (we bought two, one for each of our two different models of MG), and they were both better than our expectations. The only flaw was that their center-cut design was for right-hand-driven cars, and… Read more ·  1

there was a small gap on the left side of the rear-view mirror in our European left-hand-driven models. To do them justice, there was a small warning on their website, which was neither inconspicuous nor conspicuous, and it was our calculated risk to proceed with the purchase. We just wonder that since they are international sellers, why they do not offer left-hand or right-hand options. In any event, it is not the end of the world and a flaw that we can live with. Yet, we can not give a five (5) star rating.

Bought the front windscreen blind for my 2014 Mercedes A180. It did not fit correctly as it did not hold in place. Also there was a 75mm gap on either side of my interior mirror where the shade did not cover. This is not acceptable as this was an… Read more

expensive custom fit. What a scam. Will be requesting my money back, and will go with a reputable manufacturer. After 4 days of waiting for a return email from the manufacture they told me that the item does not snap lock in place, but rather the sun visors hold them in place. There was no mention of the large gap around the rear view mirror, just a notation that said this was designed to fit the vehicle. The saga continues. After further communication about the product, with the manufacturer, we were then sent the terms and conditions of sale, which were not available during the purchasing process. It seams that you can send a faulty item back to them, at your cost, and they can still refuse a refund once they receive the goods back. Not sure what consumer law this falls under. Further more, we were then told that the snap shade is designed to allow after market accessories such as dash cams and e-tags. As I don’t have either, and was not notified of this during the purchase process, nor was it noted on the website, I would not have purchased it. We sent the shade back for a full refund, and it was only after nearly 2 week's that my wife rang them to find out what was going on, that they then refunded us our money. This has not been a very nice experience and we will not be giving them our business again. Please see pics of the large gaps either side of the shade.
