Light bars are incredibly falsely advertised.
They essentially told me their 200W light bar is designed not to be a 200W light bar knowledgeably false advertising their product by a lot.
- Purchased their 4WD Adventure Kings 20" 'Lethal' Slim LED Light Bar that was advertised as 200W
- Their stupid response? "The LED’s themselves are indeed 10w but that does not mean the output is 200w." and "We can’t find anywhere in our marketing that refers to this lightbar as 200w" when it legitimately even says it in their advertisements, online and on the box.
- Want to know roughly how many watts the LEDs were consuming? roughly 2.5w.
- Funny because their advertisement legitimately says "Forget three watt LEDs the lethal light bar has twenty ten watt LEDs"
Absolute joke of a company and should be fined for such huge false advertising.
Ordered Titan drawers and wing kits and they were shipped on the 1st April. After numerous enquires, vague responses and missing items I received my goods 6 weeks later on the 14th May. I have been purchasing goods online for over 20 years. From sheds to DVDs locally and internationally. Never have I had to deal with this rubbish. 4wd supacentre chooses to deal with purely incompetent freight companies and for this reason I am unlikely to purchase from them in the future. If I had read the reviews prior to my purchase I would have avoided them altogether. It is real shame that they think this kind of service is acceptable.

Wide range of good products, easy to find what I was looking for and very quick to install my brand new 9inch Spotlights with wiring kit. Love Adventure Kings products.
Pretty good but certainly not perfect.
I have made several purchases from these guys and for the most part no issues with the delivery or the goods that arrived. I am aware that they are cheap for a reason but having said that some of the the gear I have purchased is still going 3-4 years later. I have only had one issue with delivery. It did take a bit of effort to sort out, I received only half of what I ordered, but I got my order in the end.
The only product I have had issues with is their new yellow 2 led bar kit, that is supposed to be plug and play with the original white ones. No they are not. It takes a considerable amount of stuffing around to get them to work with the original white set. Other than this overall they have been fairly easy to buy through. I am not going to download every single docket to send through. Though previously even with proof of purchase, product review refused to take it as proof of purchase. So no thank you.
Appalling customer service.
To date I have purchased many thousands of dollars of goods from 4WD Supacentre and WAS prepared to spend more (Fridge, RTT, Lights).. Not anymore. Their aftersales service is appalling at best and I'm now done. I have given up trying to receive a missing delivery and will put it down to experience and move on to another supplier. Don't make my mistake of being loyal.. buy from anyone but this company.
Purchased an Adventure Kings Big Daddy Deluxe Double Swag. What a great product and even better price! Ordered online on a Saturday and had it delivered from QLD to NSW by Wednesday. Highly recommended! I will be back!
Way too much guesswork/figure it out yourself and SO much unnecessary hassle!
Bought the adventure kings rooftop tent.. Was unhappy off the bat as it came with the least amount of instructions possible. For such a large/heavy item riding on the roof of a vehicle and housing 2 adults for 8ish hours at a time at least a couple meters off the ground, you'd think it'd come with some better setup instructions. No guesswork should have to be used with an item like this. During the set up process, we ended up having to drill 2 of the support beam holes wider as they weren't lined up properly with the holes in the tent base (mind you this stuff is heavy metal that were drilling through). Once we finally thought installation was done, the ladder was either way too long or way too short. They easily could've drilled holes at a few different levels so we didn't have to do it ourselves (again). At last we're on the road and setting up camp with no idea now how to attach the awning poles and cinch down the front awning with the provided ropes because the damned thing didn't come with any set up instructions. Way too much easily avoidable fuss and headache.
Following is the text of an email I sent to 4WDsupercenter today: it says it alI. I have had to chase them to correct their stuff up and have been told I have to jump through hoops to get the matter sorted. Read on and be prepared for nightmares if you have any problems with their products. We all make mistakes but this is utter incompetence and truly lousy service by an irresponsible company. The problem relates to the 60ltr fridge which according to the spec sheet is 510mm high - in fact it is 540mm high and does not fit our fridge compartment. which is 520mm high.
"I have sent 2 emails this week and still no response after 4 days other than "we are busy".
SO i ring the blasted 1800 number and wait and wait and wait only be told i have to take a photo of the fridge with a tape measure so that some clerk in call center can see the height of the fridge.
Seriously? I now have to waste a whole load more of my time unpacking the bloody thing again, set up and take the dammed photo and repack it. Then email the photo and wait for someone to say "Oh look it's actually higher that the spec sheet". Surely there is someone in the company with handyman skills to use a tape measure and intelligence to actually check the measurement of the fridge - then again maybe not!!
Well 4WDsupacentre you have just made yourself an enemy - I am going to take every opportunity to make as many people aware of how utterly pathetic your customer service is.Perhaps it would be s quite reasonable to assume this lousy service (and perhaps poor quality products if other reviews are correct) is the very reason the company executives hide behind a bloody useless call center.
You can trust me to do and deliver what I promise which is why i have a very successful business. 4WDsupacenter do not deserve that accolade.
Seeing as the management of 4WDsupercentre do not have the courage to be contactable by customers perhaps someone in the call center has sufficient communication skills or a "Ouji baord" to enable them to pass this onto them."

Overall very Happy with Adventure Kings Products
To date I have purchased a KINGS 2KVA Enclosed Sine Inverter Generator. Excellent Love it and is as quite as stated, very easy to start. Also as per my You Tube Review a 2.5 x 2.5 mt Awning and Awning Tent to Suit. Tent Excellent along with canvas and vinyl quality, Awning very good, also a few other bits and pieces to attach to the Awning for extra shade and cover. The only reason Awning received a Good rating is I find the Velcro strips are a bit under sized in length and if very windy can detach from the poles. Over all very happy with KINGS products and they all suit my needs just fine. The LED light strips also do a very good job and the inbuilt dimmer is convenient. Have my eyes on a few other products and will most definitely purchase online again. Tracking is excellent while goods are in transit and usually arrive on time as promised. Also Zip Pay is another convenient way to purchase from Adventure Kings.
Waist of time/ money
Purchased a vms unit that worked for a month or two. Went to get it replaced and was told they “don’t do in store returns/ refunds which is store policy”.
Great products not a problem at all. I've brought kings big daddy delux swag and not a problem when it arrived. Then got Adventure Kings Illuminator 4 Bar Camp Light Kit and a kings cooler bag also not a problem when arrived. I will always buy there products
item arrived damaged ,so I sent it back and they sent the same damaged item as a replacement back to me.
As my title states they sent the same damaged item back to me as a supposedly new replacement, terrible long drawn out process of sending a replacement and now I wait for a refund . First and last time I will buy from 4WD Supacentre
The annex leaks
Rained when out camping, 6 man annex leaked like a sieve. Water leaked in the zip at the bottom and top, we sat under our friends awning because it was drier.
Big Daddy Deluxe Double Swag is good but mattress won’t expand
Purchased a big daddy deluxe double swag from 4wdsupacentre online store - site was very easy to use and they had a good range or products. Delivery of the swag took about 2 weeks which I thought was reasonable. The Swag is good and as expected and easy to set up - however the 70mm mattress that is supposed to expand fully after 24 hours has not expanded after 3 days - we could not use the mattress on our first trip and were hoping to use on our second this weekend but it does not look like that is going to happen either.
I’ve looked to see if there are any tricks or anything we were supposed to do but Nothing just unwrap and wait 24 hours.

purchased big daddy deluxe swag and it leaked badly despite being seasoned. returned to the store and lodged a claim which has been approved three days ago however i still have not received a credit to my mastercard after numerous phone calls. this is very unsatisfactory. i have no good and they have my money

Purchased a 'Big Daddy Deluxe Double Swag' that turned up with a small defect in the canvas that leaks. Contacted 4wdsupacentre (4WDSC) and lodged a warranty claim as instructed which was a waste of time. I have no idea what the 4WDSC customer service is like in store but don't expect any from their online department. Have repeatedly requested a refund as they couldn't tell me when the 'spare parts' would be in stock (despite their website showing the same item available for sale) and have been repeatedly told 'your claim has been approved and is now being assessed'

Absolute rubbish do not buy anything from 4wd super centre
Just went away for the Easter long weekend to only open our “5star “rooftop tent and the ladder was completely buckled and wouldn’t click in resulting in it being stuck, we couldn’t even sleep in it without risking our safely and other items on the car. We had cancel our whole 6 hour trip and couldn’t even get the ladder back up to adequately close the tent up.
We’ve only used the tent less than 5 times, WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!
Other products from previous purchases have come faulty eg
1) titan draws; which didn’t fit and were missing parts.
2) cooker; metal was dinged and bent
3) rear awning; ends are bent
4) 60l fridge; courier “lost it “
Didnt even get my mattress with my swag
Brought the kings big daddy deluxe swag on the 14/04/2019, and it didn't even come with the mattress, even tho it states it has one on the recipt.
Rang them and was told none left in stock, and we can't help you.
Wouldn't even check other stores.
So much for my Easter weekend.
Incomplete product, but issue fixed
Ordered thumper max air compressor and didn’t come with the gage and attachment for the Tyres, really Disappointed, but they have now quickly fix the problem and sent me one
Got a mattress a week ago and it didn’t inflate “apparently a bad batch” went to the store to see if they could swap it over but apparently they won’t get stock until after Easter.. I got it so I could use it for Easter they made some calls and pulled some strings and got my mattress swapped and sorted. Happy the way things turned out it
