I'm impressed. It was a quick turnaround from placing the order to the delivery. The instructions provided were concise and made a five minute job of the fitting process. The performance of the blades was a lot better than previous replacement blades I have used, they are quiet, no shudder and fully cleared the windscreen with each sweep. I would definitely buy them again and recommend them to my friends.
Great experience online. Easy to find the wipers to suit my car. The QR code on the box took me to a video on how to remove my old wipers and how to install the new ones. It was easy. The hardest part was removing the old ones. Fast postage too, considering I don't live on the mainland and in a rural area. They are quiet and smooth on the windscreen, no sqealing or chattering.
The actual wiper blades are excellent. My experience fitting them was not so excellent - I believe because it had been quite a long time since the blades had been changed. I ended up having to use pliers and a screwdriver. The you tube instructional videos are accurate - but be aware :) I will happily buy Wipertech blades again.

I was suprised by the quality for the cost, these are not cheap wipers blades at a cheap price but high quality wipers at a great price. Fit perfectly like OEM, much larger aero blade than the factory ones, great product, Highly Recomend!
These wiper blades are the easiest blades to fit. It took me much longer to take off the other brand blades. I’m a 67 years young woman and it took all of 5 minutes to fit them. Wipertech blades don’t leave smear marks or water marks on my windscreen. I highly recommend them. I won’t be buying shop ones ever again.
I had used Wipertech wipers previously so when we needed new ones the decision was easy. It was simple to find wipers for both my 2022 MG HS and my wife's 2022 Kia Stonic on the website, and ordering and payment was quick and easy. They were shipped the following day and we had them in our hands within a couple of days. They are so simple to fit and if you're not sure there are YouTube videos to show you how. I can't recommend them enough.

These wiper blades are the best we have ever, I bought a set for his Dmax and decided that I needed blades as good as his. He thought we could get jays as good from an Auto shop so he brought them and I ended up months later buying WiperTech for my Carolla We have recommended them to family and friends who are every bit as happy as we are
These are great I'm 58 years old female they were easy to put on.and no noise know swish swish when you put on they wipe well and good price and customer service was great put in car details and they found the right one i needed and they sit better on the windscreen and fast delivery I think aweek only.i would highly recommend this product

Ordered wipers for front and back which took 11 days to deliver to WA. The front was a straight forward swap and came with an instructional video. different story as it came with no instructional video and after a lot of fluffing around I worked out that it was not going to fit. My solution was to remove the new rubber blade from the assembly and slide it onto the old one as I really needed this one replaced and dont have time to exchange emails to find some other solution. The photo below shows how the 2 differ and yes I ordered all the wipers as a set that should have fitted my car. The left hand side is the old one.

Wipertech today, but they don't work properly. They leave two large sections of the windscreen untouched, with water pooling instead of being cleared.
I've called the company three times today to request a refund. Each time I was told someone would email me with the refund process, but still nothing and no confirmation of contact made with the company. No one I've spoken to has been able to confirm how or when my refund request will be processed, which has been incredibly frustrating. Each agent also could not confirm previous correspondence with the company, which suggests nothing has been formally lodged or passed on to the 'refund team', even though one agent said a full refund would be actioned and a returns slip, with no cost to me for returning shipping would be organised.
I ended up having to go through PayPal to get a refund as this company was not responsive. The phone number just goes to some dude working from home who sends an email to the warehouse that doesn't respond.

Worth the time – Had a very easy experience with ordering my wiper blades. Very easy to fit, wider than the original blades so more area is cleared by the blades. Overall a very easy product to install and use
Follow-up · 2 years on and they are still going strong. They are wearing very evenly. They clear hard rain better than any other wiper I’ve used including the manufacturer wipers. There is no noise what so ever. That annoying thumping sound that happens when wipers are wearing out has not happened so far. Still very happy with my purchase.

quickly of my order confirmation and the stage of my order in the relevant times after placing my order. The good were easy to track. The product arrived ahead of when I had expected it. The product was well packaged, and the wipers were AMAZING . I installed them and “wow” what a huge difference they were to my previous ones.
I was so impressed I recommended them to my daughter who I ordered a set for her car. Those arrived today with the amazing service and process I had encountered.

Their sizes are wrong - 2 out of the 3 wipers in the set for Subarus from 2021 to 2025. I ordered a set without measuring it first (surely they knew the right sizes by now). Only to find that instead of selling 26/18/16 inch for front/front/rear, they sell and send 26/17/14. This is a BIG deal, because the cars EyeSight cameras, that control… Read more
cruise control, lane keeping, auto braking and collision avoidance, only just barely get cleared of rain with the 18 inch wiper. So a 17 inch wiper will leave it with a distorted image from the rain, that will render the EyeSight system offline.
And the rear wiper is two full inches too small?
Their response was to offer to send out the two correctly sized ones. Which they did. But, even though I photographed the factory wipers of my brand new MY25 Outback and sent those to them, complete with a tape measure on top, to show them the length that OEM wipers are AND told them that Subaru Australia sells and fits, 26/18/16 sets, they still won’t stop selling the wrong sizes.
Their reasoning? Nobody else has complained. You can clearly see the correct sizes in the photo Subaru show of their own OEM replacement kit (attached to this review).
After 8 emails back and forth, them still refusing to sell the right sizes… One star seems fair.

so many 5 Star reviews, what is there to lose. Their buying process was so easy, with a few simple steps puting in the cars details and the price was available stright away. with a quick reference check against the generic brand at the local auto store, the Wipertech blades were 25% cheaper including the free delivery. The blades arrive only two days later with delivery tracking so we knew what was happening at every stage. The install of the blades was so simple and the optional instructions on theor website available as a backup.
My wife was so happy with the final product, so much that she hasn't stopped telling people how good they are.
Thanks Wipertech for making me look good and for helping us keep our car safe for winter while saving money.

installation, everything works good so no compliants there. Time from ordering to receiving with express shipping was 3 days and total time including talking to the support team for the replacements was about 3 weeks.
I can highly recommend WiperTech wipers and their service backup and support. Don’t hold back, just order your new blades and you will be very pleased next time it rains. My car’s windscreen is ten years old and WiperTech clears like it’s a new screen. No smears,streaks or shudders, no bull they are very good.
