I can’t speak more highly of the excellent reception staff, especially Lily, who gave exemplary service after I called about a tyre damaged under warranty. Within 24 hours, a replacement tyre was ordered in, fitted and a 3 month check with wheel alignment and balance completed as well. This is obviously a well run business that has customer care and service front of mind. I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Show reply
Staff were really helpful, got in so.e wheels for my 4wd and they didn't fit wrong offset Jake was extremely helpful and got the right tyres in . Service was good and Jake was good in his communication and Rochelle was helpful as well. Highly recommend going to these guys. Show reply

They called to confirm the booking first thing the next morning. All the staff at Elizabeth bob jane are all ways awesome to deal with I’ve been going there for 5+ years. On Saturday I got them just to check over the car in preparation for taking it roll racing that night and I had noticed a slight variation when at 110 k’s and the wheel alignment was drifting slightly off to the right The car now drives perfectly and smoothly and straight down the road after they did their work. Great sevice, friendly staff. Got a good deal on Bridgestone A/T tyres. Having only recently purchased the car, it was missing a lock nut socket and a nut on the (back door) spare wheel. It was all sorted out and good as new in no time. - Definitely Recommended! Show reply

Had a scare yesterday when I noticed what I thought was a tyre puncture. Brought it in to Bob Jane T-Mart and the team inspected it properly — turned out to be a screw embedded in the tread that was too short to actually pierce through and cause a leak. talked me into a new tyre, but instead they told me straight that nothing needed fixing and didn’t charge me a single dollar. That kind of integrity is rare these days.

Follow-up · The tyres that were fitted to my vehicle were very good. Petrol economies is improved. Road noises decreased vehicle handles much better. I am very impressed with the tyres overall performance would highly recommend Bob Jane to anyone looking for a great tire deal
quick and efficient – i asked them to supply and fit tyres well outside the normal request. They gave me the downsides but still quoted me on a brand new tyre-type they had never fitted before. Follow-up · I've had the tyres on for almost 2 years and done almost 40k kms. They are wearing a little faster than my KO2's but are much better on the road in the wet. Still not "great". I have had trouble getting a really good alignment and balance at other shops but the last time I went back to BJ, the technician did an amazing job. It really does come down to the individiual doing the work. Suprise, surprise.

I had a puncture repaired at Bob Jane Adelaide City and initially thought the issue had been resolved. However, just two days later, my car again displayed a low tyre pressure warning for the exact same tyre. My son took the car back to Bob Jane, where they inspected it and advised him that everything was fine. Unfortunately, the problem… Read more
continued, so I decided to take the car to another tyre repairer for a second opinion. They found that the original puncture repair had not been done properly and had to repair the tyre again.
Very disappointing experience. Not only was the puncture repair apparently unsuccessful, but after my son returned with the same issue, he was reassured that there was nothing wrong. I would have expected a more thorough inspection and a proper resolution, particularly when the problem reappeared so soon after the original repair.
