After collecting my vehicle following the tyre replacement, I immediately noticed a TPMS/TPWS warning displayed on the screen. This warning was not present when I delivered the vehicle to your store.
I spoke with a staff member named Jay at the counter and showed him the warning on my vehicle’s screen. I explained that the warning had appeared after the tyre replacement. I was told that one of the tyres may not have a sensor and that he did not know why the warning was showing.
I explained that this does not make sense because the vehicle had no warning before the tyres were changed. If a TPMS sensor had already been missing or faulty, I would reasonably expect the vehicle to have displayed a warning before the work was carried out.
I was also disappointed with the way my concern was handled. Jay became aggressive and used language that I found inappropriate when I was simply asking for assistance with an issue that appeared immediately after the work performed by your store.
I am therefore requesting that Bob Jane Penrith:
1. Inspect all four TPMS sensors and the vehicle’s TPMS system. 2. Determine whether any sensor was damaged or made faulty during the tyre replacement. 3. Repair or replace any damaged/faulty sensor at no cost to me if it occurred during the tyre fitting. 4. Provide me with a clear explanation of what caused the warning to appear immediately after the tyre replacement.
I am not making an accusation without an inspection. However, the timing of the warning is concerning, as there was no warning when I delivered the vehicle and it appeared after your staff completed the tyre replacement.
Please treat this matter seriously and arrange an inspection as soon as possible. I would appreciate a written response regarding how you intend to resolve this issue.

All the staff at Elizabeth bob jane are all ways awesome to deal with I’ve been going there for 5+ years. On Saturday I got them just to check over the car in preparation for taking it roll racing that night and I had noticed a slight variation when at 110 k’s and the wheel alignment was drifting slightly off to the right The car now drives perfectly and smoothly and straight down the road after they did their work. TMart Long Life Tyre Plan my tyres required rotating but no go with 2 wheels buckled, I so needed the new wheels. Contacted the dealer & was informed ETA on the wheels was April 30th. Rang Pooker let him know ETA for wheels so we could rotate tyres. May 11 Heard nothing so I rang dealer "oh sorry they have been discontinued."--ANGRY AS!!! At no time did the dealer contact me, service was "ZERO"... So called Pooker at Bob Jane he said he would fix it if I came in. He did just that at with a very good price on some new Auscar mags & not much more cost than the OEM wheels refund. Even fitted my near new Michelin tyres to them. me once they arrived. When I took the car in, the team ran into a major roadblock—one of the wheel nuts was extremely tight and had rusted.
This is where Kaan and his team really shined. Instead of giving up, they made numerous attempts and successfully removed the nut. I am incredibly appreciative of their persistence.
Because the car is lowered, they couldn't complete the wheel alignment on-site. Kaan proactively booked a next-morning appointment for us at Bob Jane Castle Hill, who also did a great job.
To top it all off, Kaan called me today just to follow up and ensure everything went smoothly with the wheel alignment at Castle Hill. This level of after-service and duty of care is rare and shows truly great service. Both the Blacktown and Castle Hill teams are fantastic, and their staff are first-class.
