I went there for tyre rotation and balance. After 15 minutes after I got massage job is completed. It was quick. I went to my car and it was parked outside. Had a looked. There was small sticker each wheel I looked it before. Tyre was not changed. same time one of the worker came there take the car into work shop. After about 20 minite they gave me key. Tyre had rotated, No any wheel had new balance tag installed or removed.

firmly telling the manager that my rims did not look like that when I brought them in. His response was dismissive, indicating he wouldn't fix them, which felt entirely unprofessional. He even mentioned that many customers have complained about scratched rims and insisted it wasn’t their fault. I completely disagree. In the past 10 years, I’ve never had my rims chipped or scratched. After leaving my car for a wheel alignment, rotation and balance, along with a puncture repair, I got back three damaged rims. This experience makes it clear to me that I will never return. And if you don't want your rims damaged I wouldn't take your car here

me once they arrived. When I took the car in, the team ran into a major roadblock—one of the wheel nuts was extremely tight and had rusted.

This is where Kaan and his team really shined. Instead of giving up, they made numerous attempts and successfully removed the nut. I am incredibly appreciative of their persistence.

Because the car is lowered, they couldn't complete the wheel alignment on-site. Kaan proactively booked a next-morning appointment for us at Bob Jane Castle Hill, who also did a great job.

To top it all off, Kaan called me today just to follow up and ensure everything went smoothly with the wheel alignment at Castle Hill. This level of after-service and duty of care is rare and shows truly great service. Both the Blacktown and Castle Hill teams are fantastic, and their staff are first-class.

The car break system went out of control and I was lucky didn’t crash on the Monash highway. I have driven my Tesla for almost 50k and I never had an issue with it like this. ( I know there are a lot of Tesla haters out there. But this had nothing to do with the car system) And what ever that happend was to do with the tire rotation these people did. I careful drove back to the shop and I said to the guy, ‘what have you done with my Tesla’ the whole system had gone crazy! His immediate reaction was “I hate Teslas”. I turned around and I said to him “I love Teslas” and what ever that happened was what ever you did. And he was getting agitated and told me that I was having a go at him. I found it very unprofessional behaviour given what I experienced due to their incompetency of service and lack of knowledge with Teslas. Anyway I had a chat with their manager and he did say they had a similar issue with a TESLA couple of years ago and they will see what could be done. I said to him I was disappointed in them and won’t trust them anymore. However after many testing and waiting the guy managed to fix whatever he stuffed up before. All in all I never had a word of “I am sorry” from anyone of them. Disgusting how people haven’t got the balls to own up to a mistake and apologies for it. I will never go there or recommend anyone with a Tesla to go there.

already aware of) but it’s good to see they are ensuring their customers are informed! Due to being impressed with their services, I returned the next week (without a booking I might add) with a fresh set of tyres and spoke with the store manager, he said if left the car with them for the day he would fit it in to their schedule. As promised I picked the car up half hour before closing and once again was impressed with their workmanship! They even managed to fit in the wheel alignment and my lord what a difference, car drives straight as an arrow now, far exceeding my expectations! I couldn’t recommend these guys more. Anyone who bags them out clearly has no idea.

Todd the Manager at Wagga branch, listened to me concerning issues regarding my tyre needs, went out of his way to render fix the issue. Fixed up the failed problem from another tyre company. And sold me a strong and robust J Tracks tyres very happy with overall service. Big shout out to the tyre fitters as well at Wagga branch, thank you for helping our cars keep rolling along safer.
