Undelivered and radio silence – Total scam. My order was shipped and confirmed as delivered though I never received the package. I contacted them and received some rubbish generic advice to contact their courier and follow up (like its my responsibility to find it!) Do not purchase this product – This is a scam website/product I tried to cancel the order within minutes of purchase. The website says refund or cancel within 24 hours. They did not respond to my emails and instead sent emails indicating the product was going through the shipping process. shipping company showed multiple destinations where label was being created but no product provided, this was showing over 12 days. They only responded when I got paypal involved and still tried to only provide a partial refund. I believe from my experience, this is a fake product.
