Works great but stopped working! – My hair is growing back sooo much slower and some not at all, I love it! However, my machine stopped working. It turns on and when I click the button to zap nothing happens. The top light is just flashing. Any suggestions? Show details ·  1

laser hair removal. Also I feel the company should provide some form of eye protection as the flash is really strong, I recall having to wear special glasses when I went to the salon. An after care cream would also be appropriate to provide in the package.

Over 1 year of use and very satisfied – When I first started using the device in May 2021, I used a wet razor to shave then lasered once a week, multiple weeks in a row for 2 months. to scratch. So a stopped and appreciated the progress I had made because shaving was still a better experience than before laser.

I picked it up again a month ago since I got an electric razor (Manscape) which allows me to shave my legs without the sensitivity that wet razors give me, AND using the laser hair remover and it has been ABSOLUTE BLISS. 3-5 minutes with electric razor on my legs, then about 20-45 minutes to laser depending on how diligent I want to do it.

Laser worked on my light olive skin with black hair and I am VERY satisfied with the product. Just be prepared to put in the time. Whack a movie on or an audiobook and you'll be good to go.

Time-consuming process for each session, light hurts eyes, & gets scarily hot – Bottom line/TLDR: Consider buying it if you can't afford laser hair removal. Consider buying only if you have 1-2 hours for each session to work through this process. Pro: I've been using this for four weeks, following the instructions. I am starting to see results this week, especially on the areas of my body that don't have coarse or heavy areas of hair. Not being able to afford laser hair removal is the only reason why I haven't returned this.

Major cons:

1) Each session takes me 1.5-2 hours; let me give you some context. I use it on my entire body EXCEPT for my arms and back. I shower to shave beforehand, as instructed. I always use the glide setting. As you move up the light strength setting, even on the glide setting, the pulses get super slow, which contributes to this process taking forever. After this, I use aloe vera gel all over my body as per the instructions.

2) You need protective eyewear with this product, unlike what they advertise. This is because the light shines through the bottom of the device, which has holes for heat regulation, as well as the area around the tip of the device where the light comes out, which has a small crease below it. It hurts my eyes and I am concerned about them becoming potentially damaged. This week I will be ordering protective glasses.

3) The device overheats to the point that I can't hold it for very long. It also overheats where the plug is on the electrical outlet. It gets so hot that I am concerned that it may blow out my outlet. It honestly scares me. I've never had any type of device that does that.

Great customer service – When my order was delivered to the wrong person, due to USPS’ fault, the company took care of me from start to finish to ensure I received a replacement and confirmed receipt once it delivered. Amazing!!! – I was honestly very skeptic with this company but they are cool and friendly!! I am very happy with them. I had an issue with my device a month ago that I couldn't figure out. I was pretty upset not gonna lie but they remained professional and calm which made me trust their process. After a few exchanges, we finally resolved the issue! . I'm really happy!

Awful service. Lumi never arrived – I've been in touch with the company since June 26 telling them the package didn't arrive. I received two different messages to pick it up in two different locations. Once I arrived I was told in both places that they never received it. Since then I've been emailing the company with no resolution. They will not credit my card or resend it via a different courier. Show details

This company is terrible – I ordered a Lumi from this company and I never received the product , I have tried to contact the company multiple times just to be ignored by the company. Shockingly quick results! – I’ve had professional laser hair removal on several parts of my body and wanted to get my legs done. Small but mighty! – I’m 4 weeks in and I’m in love! the handset is so compact and smaller than any other IPL devices but it’s so powerful! to take before photos! Which I wish I had because there is already such a big difference in the regrowth. I used to have to shave 2+ times a week to keep my skin smooth. Now after one week there’s only stumble on my legs armpits and arms.

I am also using it down below, and although that’s a much harder area to see results because my hair is so course, it has gone patchy already. With only little regrowth.

I can’t wait to get to the 3 month mark and see the end results. I’m super impressed!

Great! but expensive for what it is maybe – Seems to work fine, but tends to get very warm after some use. Too early for me to see any delay in hair growth (I only used it 3 times). Be careful! I had to pay some import duties as it comes straight from China!!

Great Results so far! – I've been using it now for a few weeks and it's very easy. I've been increasing the intensity each new session. The pulses are sometimes a little sensitive but not painful. I definitely notice it's taking longer for hair to grow back on my legs. My chin and underarms are more stubborn, but I'm very happy so far! Show details

Device over-heats, no sign of it working after 7 weeks of use – I did a lot of research into this product and had high hopes, however after 7 weeks of use (2x per week) I've not seen any change, even though my hair should be suitable (dark). The device also gets very hot very quickly, to the point where it's often painful to hold. I will continue using it in the hopes that I start seeing an impact, but if not I plan to request a return. Show details

Gets to hot after just some minutes of use – Unfortunately the device becomes to hot after some minutes. I wouldn't recommend it. At least I got a full refund. I would recommend IPL devices from Germany. They are more expensive but better. Show details

improvements. I will say that i use it on the 5 setting and it does get very warm to touch so i do one leg and unplug it to cool down before doing the other leg but it still only takes about 15 to 20 minutes which is perfect as it can fit into my schedule anywhere. I have taken it on holiday with me and it worked great.

Pretty good! – After 5 weeks of using twice a week I'm definitely noticing a difference! Hair growing back is much softer and not as prickly. Definitely going to continue! Only downside is the handset can get a bit warm when using for a while, but I just do a little bit at a time. Show details

Didn't really work – I've been using this for 6 months about once a week, sometimes more, and I haven't seen much difference. I have quite light skin and dark hair. and patience to shave the areas and use the IPL handset, at least once a week, for so long. Personally, I don't think it's worth it to commit all that time and effort for something that may or may not work - in my case it didn't help with permanent hair removal. In terms of the delivery time, it took over a month to arrive but that wasn't really an issue for me.
