Able Foods

Don’t order meals from this Providor. Pathetic attitude. Unprofessional. Pretended they couldn’t gain access to residence & their Driver simply Dumped meals on the road at Community Entrance like it was a box of Pet Food. Should not be in business. The worst I have ever used. Won’t be going back to them. Appalling third world attitude.

Disgusting food – All vegies were frozen supermarket brand and were mostly uncooked. Bread and butter pudding microwaved and made with powdered eggs. Honey soy pork made with left over roast pork. Roast pork absolutely unidentifiable. I am sorry I wasted my money in this s..t. There is no actual chef working here and if there is he should be ashamed.

Worst food in the universe! – Food is inedible. I chocked on the sausages and the banana muffins and had to call triple 000! Avoid!

AWSOME! – I am NDIS funded and have tried 5 different meal providers and found every one of these providers extremely unsatisfactory regarding the so called quality of their meals. Able Foods were suggested as yet another option for me, and finally I’ve found “the perfect meal provider”. For the first time in years I actually look forward to my evening meals, and thoroughly enjoy every one of them. Able Foods meals have flavour and any meat in their meals are actually real meat and not processed meat unlike all the other meal providers. I’m actually a vegetarian, however due to extenuating circumstances, I’m forced to consume meat. However,in saying this Able Foods excelled my expectations. Good sized servings of FRESH veggies and the only meal provider that have the minimal amount of dangerous, carcinogens,especially sodium. Low carbs and saturated fats and sugar also. I’m 68 years of age and have always been extremely discerning as to what I put into my body. I highly recommend their various roasts…first meal provider who include pumpkin in their roasts and I’ve found every meal to be of a high standard in every way. Higher amount of fibre and protein than any of the other providers. Since consuming Able Foods meals, I’m feeling more healthy and satiated after every evening meal as they are perfectly proportioned for my needs. Their menu is extensive enough to suit anyone’s personal preferences too and delivery is like clockwork and you can actually track the delivery in regard to exactly when your meals will be delivered. Their staff are extremely efficient and friendly and very accommodating which is refreshing. They actually have a more personal rapport and response with their customers too, unlike all of the other providers. Before I became disabled I cooked gourmet standard of meals, therefore I’m not easily pleased when it comes to quality/flavour etc of any type of meal,however I’m giving more than 5 stars to Able Foods! Keep up the great work that you’re doing team because in my experienced option…you are getting it RIGHT!

Poor Delivery Response – All I wanted was my Delivery to be secured in Secure Parcel Locker at the entrance to my building. Yet Able Foods delivery contractor continually failed to meet this criteria. Able Foods response is we can’t guarantee the safety or secure delivery of your Orders! How outstanding is that for POOR customer support! These are NDIS Suppliers who should be penalized for participating in the scheme if they cannot meet simple Customer Requests! There simply NOT GOOD ENOUGH!
