Lite n' Easy

Very good ! Meals great ! I now have abundant energy and am out of my food rut of eating the same sugary items for every meal. Just brilliant ! After two weeks my zips are already loser and a lot more toned as also combined with more exercise as I have more energy to do it. 100 per cent recommended ! Far too much gravy is put on some dishes. You can't order part My Choice and part regular meals. I would like to pick and choose what I would like for Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Far too many chicken dishes, and the sausages and rissoles are not very appetising.

The salads are particularly good. I love most of their dinners. A couple were a bit bland, but that is just my personal taste. An excellent service overall. The APP is great. I like knowing all the macros. Show reply

dinners, 3 or 4 were completely wrong. In order to make our eating plan work for the week, we exchanged those meals between us. We lodged a complaint, and talked to Lite n Easy on the phone. They refused to re-imburse us for the wrong food, on the grounds that I could not pinpoint which lunches specifically had been swapped into unwanted items. There really is not much money involved, I am more upset about their total disinterest in the fact that I ordered and paid for items I did not receive. Absolutely lousy customer service!

Love all the meals, a few meals i have had have been up graded and I must say they Taste much better than before, alot more flavour, I will always eat liteneasy so quick and Easy to use and no more washing up .I think seniors choice meals should have more Variety like the larger meals do other than that no complaints very happy Show details ·  1

My cousin has been a Lite 'n Easy customer for several years and highly recommended the product to me. This was my first time ordering Lite n' Easy and i have really enjoyed the meals and deserts. No fuss, just 8minutes or so on microwave. I have now reordered. Show reply

Very good meals. Absolutely nothing to complain about and because I eat small, it lasts me more than 5 days especially getting the frozen meals. It goes further for me. Love it and will keep ordering. The coffee protein shake ia so good as well and gets thick when you mix it which makes it like real smoothie. Show reply

I'm entitled to receive part Support at Home government payment of my order... $102.06 paid by government and $40.34 (cost of ingredients only) paid by me. was fogged off. It would seem they are not interested in their long-term customers and nutrition, in general. They prefer NDIS and the aged. In two years, they have destroyed the convenience of nutrition and started charging for crap snacks instead of fruit. I think they have lost their way. I've gone back to ordering dinners and buying my fruit and sandwich stuff from the supermarket. It won't be long before I buy all that I need through the supermarket.

were tasty, the sweet and sour chicken was disgusting and made me quite ill, I will not be eating anything from lite n easy in the future, I used to enjoy it 20 odd years ago but it’s gone downhill since.

I've been on this program for a few weeks now. The food is delicious and very filling and the variety is huge. The staff on the phone are pleasant and efficient and I can't fault them. very minor thing, which is the reason for this review.

My sister offered to accept my first delivery to her place because she's home all the time. She lives in a different suburb to me so the delivery day is different. Her deliveries come between 4 am and 6 am generally. That means my first order had her address on it. By the time the second order was ready for delivery, she reneged on her offer of accepting my food, so I had to change the delivery address to my own.

No problem there, I did that and everything worked out well. What I didn't realise was that one item was missing from the order when I updated my address, which was the shaker bottle for my protein shakes. I received the order at my place yesterday intact but the shaker bottle wasn't included. I rang the help line this morning and explained what happened and the girl apologised but couldn't explain why that one item was missing. She added it to my delivery for next week "no charge." Which was weird considering I'd already paid for the bottle last week.

I mentioned to the customer service rep that I now had protein shakes but no bottle and she apologised again but told me she couldn't just send it out to me. She reiterated that it had been added to next week's order. I thanked her and hung up extremely irritated about the whole thing. I realise this is petty and really a non-issue but it means I now have to go out and get a shaker bottle from the store to tie me over until the real one gets here. My problem is that I paid for something I didn't get, which has upset the whole system of me sticking to the eating plan and getting my money's worth. So this one little thing soured me this week and I now have to process my feelings until I can let it all go. Again, petty and ridiculous, but here we are.

I would like to conclude that this eating system is brilliant and I encourage everyone who is overweight to give it a go as you won't be disappointed. I will also keep going as overall I'm happy with it and I feel fantastic physically.

I have been ordering liteneasy for over 8 years but unfortunately the meals are now smaller and more expensive. There is hardly any meat in the casseroles and the steaks are way smaller

I have not tried any of the new spring meals because they are NOT available for me. I purchase the Choice Meals and they do NOT have the tempting varieties offered for the regular meals. variety is very boring and very limited for people who cannot eat certain contents within some of the meals.

I found it difficult to navigate your website. In particular I was looking for frozen dinners and nowhere do I see the word "Frozen", As a last resort I phoned and got help that way. The chat just didnt work for me either.

Nothing "easy" about Lite n' Easy. From repeated failed deliveries, leaving food on the foot path, failing to supply NDIS invoices in a timely manor, customer service support of absolutly no consequence, not there for the customer just running block for the company. After months of painful account setup to achieve basic delivery of two products to the one address, some idiot deletes all the setup and its back to square one.

Had to stop getting lite n' easy as they have stopped catering for vegetarians. This means my whole family have stopped getting lite n'easy because no point in getting it if one person is excluded. If you are on 4, 5, 6, or 7 day plan which includes lunches, there will only be 3 lunches now that are vegetarian. So that was the end of that. I'm now looking for a new supplier of ready meals.

Lunch meals are delicious I don't have my dinner for they are filling.Dinner meals are amazing. 7 lunches and 7 dinners are affordable. I have saved time and have lost weight having Lite and Easy. 100% fabulous Show details ·  1

I tried another company that offer convenient meals and found they were not a patch on Lite and Easy. I will say that there is no comparison. Lite and Easy meals offer a great variety and with the improved recipes in some of the meals they are even better. Some of the meals are not to my liking but there is a great variety so that is not an issue, Highly recommend Lite and Easy for convenience and the added bonus of the weight loss. Show details ·  1
