pasta for the lasagne and tortellini is a mix of uncooked dry hard bits, and then some cooked bits. The pastas were my favourite dinners.

I still buy lite n easy and it still gets the job done in terms of getting my weight under control which is fantastic. Not sure if its a budget thing but the list of yummy stuff has been narrowed.

We made two phone calls to Lite n Easy, the first because my neighbour had forgotten her password and the temporary password/s sent did not work to log in. We then rang up as we needed help ordering meals. Jo was very helpful and we reached the dinner meals section but when my neighbour discovered the dinner meals hadn't changed for springtime, and it was only the breakfast and lunch menu that was offering spring time menu, we tried to find our way to that menu. After a total of 1 hour 45 minutes, we gave up. My neighbour was disappointed as she likes the meals.

The new katsu chicken is not as good as it was or the BBQ chicken with cheesey pasta bake . There's a lot less vegetables in the meals. When I want to order the special 2 week meals they aren't available and some items in the spring book aren't available yet. I feel that the food has gone backwards instead of new and improved. Quality has gone downhill since I first used them 15+ years ago. Fresh fruit is no longer a part of the meal plans. Very little fibre and too many carbs. I'm a long term LnE customer. I can't really fault their food. I think it's good value for money, tastes great and helps me lose weight. I also love the convenience. My main problem (and it's a big one) is that their delivery system is awful. The delivery tracking notification they send is a constant moving target. Their delivery window (2-3… Read more

hours) is a constant moving target - it starts with a 2 hour slot, and moves to a later slot throughout the day. Half the time the delivery drivers do not turn on their trackers, so the "so-called" delivery window is displayed on a map with no evidence of the actual delivery driver. I guess if you live somewhere where the driver can actually just leave his delivery, that's all fine -- however, I live in an apartment, and if I'm not at home to buzz him into the building, the only place to leave it would be on the street. So it means that one day per week, I sit at home waiting all day until the delivery driver shows up -- which could be at any time. If you make a complaint to LnE, they simply tell you that "it's an all-day-delivery service" which negates the whole point of the delivery tracking notification as far as I'm concerned. I usually get sick of the whole thing a few times per year and then cancel my orders. If only they could fix this -- but they don't see it as a problem, so it will never change. Very, very poor customer service.

Spring Menu. Kashmiri Lamb Korma, Bangkok Red Chicken Curry and Tokyo Yaki Beef all are excellent additions. Irish Stew with Mash, always a favourite. Would love to see, Chicken Pad Thai with Rice Noodles added. Please? Show details ·  1

This is a review of the new 2026 Spring breakfast menu. We used to have a choice of three menu items. Now it is only two or a protein shake as the third. H²O. When I saw the banner, I rang to clarify, if it was delivered as a sealed liquid, similar to a small "tetra" pack. The response was a nonchalant reply that it's packed on non-frozen side of the delivery box. I've had over 200 weekly deliveries.

The food is great but the delivery reliability and customer service are disgusting. I paid for a priority order and only a small part of a week meals was delivered. Customer service would not do anything about it for a week. It’s become a joke. I had no problem find Ng another provider that delivered next day. Show details

I only order dinners and in my opinion pass as just ok, nothing outstanding or nothing really poor. Some seem to be more watery than others and I do stick away from traditional meals like roasts and steaks. They are a convenience meal when it's been a long day and you want something quick. Show details

Lite n' Easy meals are delicious and so convenient. The program is very easy to follow. So far I've lost a little over 7 kilos in around 7 months and not suffered from being hungry. I’ve lost weight on this program. The food is generally good and filling. Love the protein shakes. I’m disappointed that the 1200 calorie menu isn’t as easy to use as it used to be. calories now. The Lite part of the program needs to be highlighted as the Easy part is delicious and aimed at the people who use it for convenience and not weight loss. I’m enjoying the food. I just have to be alert that the snacks and extra calories take me over the calories I need to lose weight. Everyone is different but I think the 1200/1500 calorie meals could be colour coded or labeled as the weight loss component for easier selection (without having to use a calculator to choose).

*****edit - since writing this review I’ve found the 450calorie or less button which makes ordering dinners do much easier and helps me plan so much better AND my weight is decreasing again.
