the stack would work and be tasty. A frozen and reheated flour tortilla tastes like soggy glue and spoils the excellent filling recipe.

Food is great, fresh and tasty, however I feel that the delivery side of things and difficulty finding nutritional information is becoming quite an issue for me. doesn’t always get to me immediately. I’m frustrated because of these issues. Has anyone else had them? I actually think that if you can track a Dominos pizza delivery in real time why are we only ever given a 3 hour window which ALWAYS changes!! As for the nutritional information I have to know it so I can calculate what medication I need but it doesn’t appear to be in alphabetical order which is NOT helpful. Perhaps a description of how it works could help??

like the food on the lunch menu and whilst the range isn't always huge it is good to have simple easy to eat meals that I can quickly grab on my way out the door.

Located in Perth and have been using Lite N Easy for about 3 years. There are two major problems with Lite N Easy. The first is with substitution. Approx 5-10% of your order will usually be substituted. I have had up to 40% of our orders substituted. The problem is that Lite N easy will select the substituted items at random. prioritise selection based on order history and there is no section in your account to flag your account that you have an food allergies or Vegan to instruct Lite N easy to never send you certain items when substituting. So sooner or later, you will receive an substitute item that you do not want, you've never ordered before, or ordered years ago and never again.

The second major problem with Lite N easy is delivery. Delivery can be anywhere between 7.00am and 7.00pm. Lite N easy use a tracking app called "Route 4 Me" which is useless. You will receive an SMS the day before stating your delivery is scheduled for 6.59 - 8.59am. This will either update to 7.59 to 9.59, then 8.59 to 10.59 and so on until you actually get your delivery. Or, the app will never update and show delivery between 6.59 - 8.59am all day, until it gets delivered, which could actually be within 6.59-8.59am or, late in the afternoon. You can enter delivery notes in your account, but Lite N easy do not read them. For example, if I try to get delivery to my work address and put a note in saying it's a business, please deliver during opening hours 8.00am - 5.00pm, Lite N easy will deliver at 6.30pm.

It's not all bad though. Calling Lite N easy is very easy and their staff are pleasant to speak to for when you need to reschedule a delivery that didn't get delivered or lost because the delivery driver left your order next to the sidewalk outside your property and somebody else got Lite N easy instead of you.

I've studied computer programming etc, their website is confusing and slow and quite frankly infuriating to use. Twice now I've received random foods I did NOT order even though I went through and picked 10 dinners of various sorts. They advertise themselves as healthy and some of the meals are however, after taking a week off using their meals I lost a kilo in fluid. Too much salt is being used. white rice, now classified as not a healthy option. Some of the meals contain msg flavour enhancer or it's close relatives (I discovered years ago that it makes my nose stream). Some of the gravy makes a good glue if spilled on anything.

I just love Lite n'Easy, the staff that we deal with are fabulous, so polite and friendly and of course the food is just delicious. The only other thing I could say is Thankyou Lite n'Easy for making my life so much easier. Cheers Penny McLennan Show details

I cannot fault the lite n easy meals they are top of the range. Beautiful flavours easy going and the company are so helpful and kind to talk to. I highly recommend lite n easy to everyone.

Lite and easy used to be very good quality but now it has really deteriorated if my last order is anything to go by. A lot of the meals are very watery and there’s a taste which is too sweet with some of the dishes. Very disappointed Show details

woke up early and found it had been delivered and left on my rubbish bin. I cant lift heavy weights and to find it at that time and having to struggle to get it inside so it wouldn't get stolen was not acceptable. I rang querying the delivery times and was told that due to the number of deliveries they had to start early. I have decided even though it would suit me to get meals I can't deal with the delivery.

I live in a 9 storey unit complex and require the meals delivered to my door on the 9th floor. Today the driver buzzed and when I was unable to answer in a very short time he dumped the food outside the building at the main entrance. The instructions are to be delivered to my door on my floor. my meals were delivered I rang and got a very unhelpful person that said that the driver had already left THE AREA. She did nothing and didn't even report the incident. I rang again and got someone different who said the driver followed instructions and there is nothing they can do. I asked to be transferred to complaints and was told she handles them. They offered to transfer me to a TEAM Leader. She was less than helpful and when I said that the driver had left the meals outside the front door of the building and then p*ssed off I was told that they don't tolerate swearing and that they hadn't sworn at me. Is saying p*ssed off ( left ) swearing? I would not recommend this company if you have any issues with being able to get the delivery inside your place. I have severe back issues which limit lifting and why I use Lite N Easy not because I want to lose weight.

Lack of cold chain assurance. Food is good if you receive on a cold day and can be sure the meals haven't overheated in the sun.
