I was sceptical first because of other companies because there so bland and have no taste But my first mouthful my taste buds thought they were at a party I look so forward to the next dish And they are perfectly portioned and low in calories for someone watching their calories

My account was reactivated without my consent and I only realised what had happened when I received a text message saying my order would be delivered the following day. Customers should have control over when their accounts are reactivated and when an order is placed. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and concerned about how my account was handled. I would strongly encourage Youfoodz to review their account reactivation and ordering processes so this doesn’t happen to other customers.

I’ve been ordering Youfoodz for convenience, but the beef meals have become a real disappointment. The amount of actual beef in these dishes is shockingly low — sometimes just a few tiny shreds buried under sauce or carbs. It feels like Youfoodz is inflating protein numbers using non‑meat sources (pasta, dairy, sauce, fillers) while marketing these meals as “high‑protein beef dishes.” The photos on the website show generous portions of beef, but what arrives is nothing like the advertised product.

If you’re choosing Youfoodz for high‑protein meals with real meat, the beef options simply don’t deliver. The representation of protein vs actual meat content is not transparent, and the customer experience doesn’t match the marketing.

Try the others. This is NOT good – I bought one of there meals in Coles 2 weeks back and went looking online for their variety. I had no idea they were a meal delivery company and they offered me half price on the first box so gave it a whirl. Now I didn't want a whole week of meals… Read more

as I still like to cook my choices but their minimum was 6 meals in week. So I ordered 8 meals and 'paused' the next week figuring I'll so it over 2. The meals go from 'average' to 'poor' with nothing to rave about. A Beef chilli con carne where I can't find any beef. White fish is a disgusting curry sauce I didn't add. Chicken kyiv and 'chips' was balls of hard deep fried chicken and the chips were soggy pieces of sweet potato. I just tried to eat the "Slow cooked lamb" but had to stop. It was disgusting slop. Watery mash and mashed pumpkin. The lamb tasted funny, swimming in water with strings of fat holding the pieces together. Now I've looked on their page to CANCEL but I can't see how to do that! I've paused it again and sent an email 2 days ago but no reply yet.

was ok, but a bit bland. Then had the BBQ beef, tough, and chewy, so moved on to the slow cooked lamb, also tough, chewy, grisly, dog reckoned it was ok. I've cooked many a slow cooked lamb, beef and pork, and it's fall apart tender. No wonder they're low calorie, you can only eat 2/3 of it. I have 1 chicken meal left, I don't think you can stuff chicken up, can you?? Going back to cooking my own food. In fairness, I think possibly, the only successful pre-prepared meals, would probably be pasta based in a sauce, but as I'm not a huge fan of pasta I can't say. Edit..Just had my last meal, roast chicken and gravy. Seems like I was right, and it is hard to stuff chicken up. This meal was quite tasty and satisfying. Credit where credit is due.

The FUEL'd Beef Lasagne was absolutely delicious! (and that is saying a lot, as I am the Lasagne Queen in my house). It was so tasty and heated up correctly at 7 minutes in the microwave and rested for a couple of minutes. The size was also good and I was full after eating it. Show reply

Meals are absolutely delicious. Portugese Chicken and Rice, Lasagne, Chicken Alfredo all amazing, Philly Beef not quite so much but still nice. Sadly after the initial discount offer its way out of my price range at $15 per meal, plus postage, but the size and flavours spot on! Show details ·  1

I love YouFood because of the freshness and quality of choice you have at your fingertips! All meals so far have been extremely tasty I am looking forward to my second box! I was really looking forward to a comforting meal, but it did not taste like lasagne at all. The most jarring part was the texture; I could taste the vegetables in the sauce, and they were still quite crunchy, it’s salty which completely throws off the meal. funny, unpleasant aftertaste in my mouth. Overall, it was all tossed up in the container, the quality is lacking, and I wouldn't recommend this at all if you are looking for an authentic lasagne experience.

There are major issues in the delivery process lately; no care is taken to deliver meals undamaged and more often than not, one or two meals are always damaged with broken seals and due to food safety concerns, unable to be eaten. Otherwise I enjoy… Read more

the variety of meals for different dietary needs (I prefer high protein but low cal) and the meals are really tasty. It's a shame that the company is being let down by poor packaging and delivery lately. Customer service is reasonable, they always refund you for damaged meals (which is added to the next box) and they promise they will make sure it doesn't happen again but due to ongoing issues the effectiveness of customer service is questionable. Unfortunately now having to decide whether to continue ordering with youfoodz due to ongoing issues with damaged meals, or switch to another service.

Using the website, I selected healthy balance as there was no vegetarian option. I picked every meal I wanted and saved it, all vegetarian meals. It defaulted back to the standard menu and disregarded my choices. setting. They refused to pick up the food which I cannot eat, as it all contained meat. Their only resolution was to refund me 50% and give me a $10 credit for the next order. This is not acceptable for an issue caused by bad website coding. I do not recommend this service to anyone that has specific dietary requirements.

I ended up donating the food to someone who can eat it, but now I'm out $50 and have nothing to eat for the week.

Plus when we received the foods, its 90% different to what my daughter has ordered!
