Complete scam. I had to give a credit card number to see what meals were available. It couldn't meet my dietary needs. I cancelled within the time frame for the next delivery (my first) and have still been charged.

I've liked the meals that I've had so far. They're convenient and easy to prepare. It takes the "decision paralysis" out of deciding "what to have for dinner tonight". 2. My criticisms are: there's a LOT of plastic waste (sachets etc) which goes into landfill afterwards. Could some of the plastic packaging be replaced with biodegradable paper/cardboard products instead? Also the way you advertising pricing seems inconsistent. Some meals are priced and some you don't see prices until you get to the checkout screen. I appreciate that some ingredients are more expensive than others, but it would be good to know what each menu costs before getting to the checkout screen (less back and forth while deciding).

Mealtime is stress free. We have been using Hello Fresh for >18 months now and love the meals, the routine and simplicity. I no longer spent Sunday’s meal planning and grocery shopping and week nights cooking all the meals. We share the cooking every night and my kids 13,14,18 all must cook once per week. nights where we normally wouldn't cook. The process to skip a week is very simple - used this when we were away from home for a few weeks or had a medical procedure that required special diet. I like that the meals selected every week have good variety and how easy it is to change to different meals if you want something else.

We still go shopping weekly for groceries and I've noticed our price for groceries went down by about the same we spend on the HelloFresh box. It is definitely worth it for us, for the convenience, for trying new recipes and flavours and for eating healthier.

Impossible to unsubscribe from – Impossible to unsubscribe from. I won a weeks delivery through foxtel, it wasn't for me so didn't want to continue but it's impossible to unsubscribe and keep receiving emails no matter how many time I've unsubscribed from all contact!

At full price the offering is very poor value for money. The packaging is extensive and socially irresponsible for a weekly option The dishes are too small to be considered a meal. Show details

I look forward to my Hello Fresh box because they are packed with all the ingredients I need to make 3 delicious meals . Because I am more of a "grazer" I fond I can usually spread one meal out to make 2 !! mailbox at front of shared driveway for anyone to see and take and left in sun. A neighbour, who knows I have been sick brought it in after it had been left there for over an hour she said. The delivery notice wasn’t sent for nearly 2 hours.

Have been using hello fresh for many years , always been very happy with it . Over the last 4 weeks , 3 times I have been sent the wrong meals , even though every time , I have called to complain, screen shot all my meal selections, which I have always made sure I do weeks before the cut off . I recently rejoined Hello fresh when a sales person came to my house offering a discount for the first 6 boxes. After I signed up, I realised that I had been charged $120 that same day without even ordering anything. Buyers beware and check your bank statements !!

Charged me $1 to look at the menu. Canceled account straight after and yet they have still taken $299 out of my account and now I have to wait 3-5days to get my money back for something I never approved in the first place.

Easy to select and order on the app. Value for money, good quality and easy to follow recipes with lots of choices. For me the savings are really in each meal having exactly what you need- no more vegetables and sauces, creams etc going off before you use them.
