account accompanied with an email stating my order was on the way.

I rang the company the rep tried to blame me saying it is because I had cancelled the subscribtion but not the box.I stated that did not make sense because what did they refund as the only charges to be refunded were the box.The rep could not explain to me why the $$$ that had been refunded was then taken out again.She was actually quite rude saying you have told me the same thing 3 times.Yes I did repeat myself as going off her answers I did not think she had understood what I was saying.I was not rude to her at all.And thought under the circumstances an apology that the company not once but twice has taken money from me for a service they cannot provide.

Anyway I am not getting my meals and have to wait for my food budget to be refunded so I can shop elsewhere I live rural and cannot drive due to a recent head injury so this is all very frustrating I had a sw organised to pick up food today but hello fresh took my $$ back out of my bank

Now a single guy that used to cook for 5, Ive since struggled to work out what to eat healthily without wasting my money throwing at least half away. My biggest problem now is to remember to stop at the shops to get milk because I'm thinking about what awesome meal I'll be having tonight. Way affordable. Hello Fresh has saved my sanity. No more discussion about what's for dinner, what's on the shopping list etc. The reduced mental load HF provides is worth the price alone. Caters for all needs – I have been using these meals for a few years now. The reason why I have kept ordering week after week is that it helps me to cater for my mum, my partner and myself- we all have diverse needs and tastes and I’d go crazy if I had to work out menus… Read more ·  3

Update: Delivery service improves for a while – Update: The boxes have been arriving on time. I have experienced no further issues with deliveries. Very satisfied. My box was delivered wrong again and stolen. It was delivered nowhere near my property as instructed. It was left on the street… Read more ·  2

The foods were delicious, I love not having to plan meals and go to the supermarket and I enjoy cooking foods that I would never think to cook at home because I don’t know how. The convenience of having all the ingredients making prep time shorter, was amazing. Show details ·  1

A travel insurance with great benefits to suit all cases, broad coverage, and very competitive if not better than anything else out there. Unfortunately I had to make a claim against some medical expenses incurred during my travel and I was extremely surprised by the ease of submitting a claim and the speed of the process for resolution. I definitely will use them from now on and I would strongly recommend to anyone. Show reply

The meals are tasty and relatively easy to follow, we get 2 meals for 3 people weekly. I do find from time to time ingredients are missing - we report it, get a maybe $5 credit but it doesn't really take into account that it may be a really key ingredient to the meal - ie tom yum paste missing from tom yum soup meal. to talk to someone, but they are not open to a meal credit in these situations which is a bit frustrating. Other times the box has been left in the sun which is apparently my problem once delivered, and random box size issues are also my problem. Overall, mid range customer rating for the app with nice tasting meals.

not even my preference). Had I not seen it in a feed from the bank letting me know a payment had been processed, I would not have known. Firstly ,how can a company ask for my credit card details even before I look at the product and secondly, process an unauthorised payment. How dare you Hello Fresh. Fortunately, I was able to ring HF immediately to cancel this order. No other online company I know of who provides online ordering does this. I am furious that this is even allowed to happen. I am fully competent and capable of making my own choices. Based on the fact that the company has the audacity to implement such a policy, I cancelled my subscription. Such a shame, might have been a good thing to move forward with.
