finally getting through that process, the meals and prices weren’t appealing to me, so I closed the page and moved on. Shortly after, I discovered I had been charged anyway.

When I contacted customer service, they refused to cancel the order or issue a refund despite the fact that I never intentionally confirmed a purchase. The whole process feels deliberately designed to push people into subscriptions before they’ve had a fair chance to evaluate the product.

Between the lack of transparency, forced sign-up just to see meals, and poor customer support when something goes wrong, the experience left a very bad impression and borders on deceptive practice.

I am happy so far with my products. Everything is fresh and wrapped so it is not essential for me to cook straight away. I am enjoying the recipe cards you have sent with each meal and it is so easy to follow and each meal has been very tasty. Show details ·  1

proteins if you just click veggie and plant based, giving you just for example six options not sixteen. And the delivery never arrives when promise. Today’s it’s 5:42 and I’m sitting here still waiting. The latest was after 9PM and the veggies were damaged and I got a full credit refund. Maybe they should pay for better delivery drivers?

I love the convenience of being able to set up a menu for the week with ease and the convenience of having recipes and groceries delivered to my door. The menus are varied and great. There are some amazing options. My only criticism is that sometimes the produce doesn't last for a week and that the ingredients can be quite monotonous. Show details ·  1

Stay far, far away.. They are in litigation getting sued because they are scamming people.. Cancelation is made difficult.. I canceled 2 days prior to April 7 within the app.. subscription.. I've canceled within app 3 times, and called once.. The food is not the issue, it's their business practices, shady and scammer like.

I really love hellofresh, the Asian dishes are by far the best! Absolutely delicious. I do find I go to the supermarket much less than I do when I don't get hellofresh, so I save money from impulse buys. Show reply
