Best on Gold Coast as far as I'm concerned – we have 20+ vacation rentals that the Absolute Cleaning team look after for us including linen and consumables and the staff always do a great job and get everything completed in time

Poor service!! – We had a bond clean done recently and charged $550 with this company in which we had to get them back 3 times to clean it properly! My list isn’t long enough and in the end I had to complete it myself! Very disappointed!

Rude and Unreliable – We engaged Absolute to clean two Airbnb apartments. First few cleans were good. Didn't turn up to a clean we had booked with them and didn't apologise and was then rude. Would never use these guys again.

this industry as well as having many happy customers, unfortunately you cannot please everyone and unfortunately there are people out there who for whatever reason try to scam their way out of paying.

We have many happy property managers that we deal with on a daily basis and while there is a person below called Trevor Abrams who calls himself a property manager with 15 years experience, he is not working in that industry at all. We did a cheap price for his job which was in an appalling state when we started and was as good as it could possibly be by the end of the job.

Absolute Cleaning Solutions, we didn't get what was agreed to. In fact, nowhere near it. Window and sliding door tracks were dirty (although Mr Craig and his co- worker were specifically told they were required to be cleaned and this was acknowledged), dirty range-hood, dusty shelves in all bedrooms and linen cupboard, cobwebs on ceiling lights and around architraves, Dirty fans, dirty skirting boards, marks and grime on walls etc. etc. Several photos were sent to Mr Craig along with a detailed account of the issues identified by the contractors on site. Our painters couldn't paint due to several wall areas still being dirty and marked. The showers could not be resealed due to mould and grime still evident on the tiles so these had to be cleaned by our contractors as well. We are totally disgusted. Unfortunately contact with Mr Craig over these issues has only resulted in abuse from him; ‘ You are a liar and a thief’ was txt to me this morning

I have asked Mr Craig for details of his Pest control licence( I don't believe he may have one), what product was applied and what areas were sprayed (I had requested inside and outside). I also asked what guarantee applied to the pest control service. I didn't get a response. Mr Craig and his company should be exposed for what they are, so like us, please refer your complaint to the Office of Fair Trading.

belong to have been really bad , you can't expect things to come up brand new and you have to expect wear and tear on some things . Lee the owner is a professional and goes out of his way to make sure clients are happy , some people you just can't make happy . His protocols for employing people are great yes every business has a bad apple or 2 but not everyone , it is easy to write things on the net but remember how would you like it done to you if you haven't tried to resolve the issue .

As far as I am concerned and the real estate I belong to absolute cleaning solutions are fantastic and I highly recommend to anyone

and engaged this business for a bond clean. I booked well in advance as I wanted someone to be there at a specific time and date, and I received confirmation of my booking by email. The cleaners failed to turn up at the agreed time of 9am, instead sending me a text message at 8:46am (when I was already waiting at the property) to say that they would be there after lunch. I called the office to find out what was going on, but after several phone calls between the office, myself and the cleaners I got nowhere. The cleaners were at another job (one that had only been booked a couple of days before), they couldn't leave that job and there were no other cleaners available in the area. I made it clear that I was extremely unhappy, but they failed to offer an apology or even acknowledge that they had made a mistake, let alone try to fix it.

When the cleaners eventually turned up at 12:30pm, I discussed a few specific items that needed particular attention and left them a list of things that would be checked by the real estate agent. When I returned a few hours later to check the job, I was extremely disappointed to say the least. Nothing had been given more that a cursory wipe, certainly not to the standard I would expect for a bond clean. I some places, like the windows, I could see that they had attempted to start cleaning and then given up. To make matters worse, they left a large dirty water stain on the carpet in the main bedroom. I had to go back the next day and spent several hours completing the job myself.

I sent a complaint to the office but they did not even acknowledge my email, let alone offer an apology or any sort of compensation. I even re-sent the email, this time specifically addressing it to the person who had taken my booking, but still no response.

Absolute Cleaning Solutions wasted more than 3.5 hours of my time waiting for them to turn up, did an extremely poor job when they did turn up, caused damage to the property, wasted several more hours of my time when I had to go back and re-do the job myself, and failed to offer any sort of apology or compensation. Their idea of customer service is a joke. They will happily take your money, but anything beyond that is clearly too much for them to deal with.

Was called a scamming parasite.... Do not use – I paid for a bond clean for my unit. that day which I had to take time off work to meet them and let them in. After this time assuming would be completed I handed back keys and got the real estate to do final inspection. Again, a lot more things still needed completing. When I called they advised they normally only go back once, which isn't much of a guarantee of the work or getting your bond back.

So they agreed on one more time at 10am the next day. After many phone calls later, They turned up at 3pm and were there till after 6pm which kept my real estate after hours and again, still need more done. Now I have to go back on my own and complete it to get my bond back.

After paying over $480 I still have to do my own.

I emailed them stating what wasn't done and what was not happy with. I was called a joke and a scamming parasite and to never contact them again.

Will never use again and do not recommend to anyone.

Terrible customer service, bad quality cleaning

time and the lady arrived 3 hours late. I told her it was a bond clean and gave her the list from the real estate of everything that needed to be done. She wiped the benches and dusted. She didn't even attempt to clean the bathroom or oven.

I spent ages trying to call the office to explain the situation and get someone back out to actually do what I had paid for. The man in the office swore at me, told me it was not his problem and to tell someone who cares. How can he run a business like this?

I ended up having to get another cleaning company out to do the bond clean so I ended up paying twice!

Expensive, bad customer service, did not do what was asked

back in place. My whole house clean was to include air conditioners, ceiling fans, ceiling light covers, skirting boards, cobwebs, bathroom, kitchen and laundry. My priority was dusting, but also high on the list was the window cleaning, inside and out.

With the first appointment made, an Absolute cleaning person - male turned up around 8.30-9am, he looked around the house and said they would be back. But no one turned up and I had to chase them to find out why. After speaking to the female owner, I was told he was on his way, but as it was 2pm in the afternoon I said I wanted to cancel this appointment, because there was no way they could do a whole house clean and carpet clean in that time frame.

So another appointment was made. About 9am 1 male turned up, I asked where the other workers were, and was told that they had the day off, although he sounded a bit vague about that, and I was not very hopeful that all could be done by him alone.

But silly me, I said ok. Well to cut a long story short, very little was done by him despite my trying to follow him around and remind him what he was supposed to be doing. Yes he cleaned the internal doors (with Gumption and didn’t rinse it off) he complained about the mould behind doors (duh – isn’t that why I called them) he cleaned the windows, (but didn’t take out the glass to clean other sides), wiped down only two surfaces (and I took all the ornaments off).

To give him his due, there is only one thing that he did to a reasonable standard; he vacuumed the cobwebs off the ceiling/cornices and skirting boards. However, in the process he also vacuumed off some paint on one of the cornices – yep I will be repainting the whole cornice and ceiling!

I reminded him of the air conditioners, one of which I had already done, so advised him there was one in the bedroom. He very sparingly wiped it down (not great) but never took out filter to clean.

He showed me (!!) how to clean kitchen sink with Gumption. He was supposed to clean lights, but only took two off, and then left them in the sink with water splashed everywhere. Never put them back up. He wiped down fan blades and left marks on the light fittings.

I could go on, suffice to say that he dusted nothing, he never wiped down kitchen cupboards, or bathroom cupboards, no cleaning in the bedrooms, didn’t clean the bathroom, the list just goes on. He was on his mobile 2-3 times, and then had some friends turn up, and he spoke to them for a while.

By now afternoon was fast approaching, (I was getting more despondent as the minutes ticked by) and the female I spoke to turned up and she looked at the rooms from the doorway, and said yes very good!!!?? She was looking at what I had cleaned earlier!

The carpet cleaning equipment was brought in, and during the course of our conversation she made the comment that they don’t make any money out of the Scoopon vouchers (why tell me), and it showed when she did the steam clean.

She did not vacuum the carpets first; nor did she spray any marks. She just quickly steamed over the carpets. Nothing was moved; I moved the coffee table etc, so she could clean the rug and a hall runner. Earlier I had been told it was another $40 to have these two carpets cleaned, and I said ok, thinking that at least something would be clean!

During the steam cleaning process I was checking the windows and had to ask the cleaner to come back because he had missed a couple!

By this time I was really fed up and just wanted these hopeless people OUT OF MY HOUSE, I could see they were all doing a really bad job, and nothing I was going to say was going to change that.

What all this means is I paid a lot of money for a service that was extremely poor (I’m being polite), with no customer service from the individuals involved. Except the owner whinged about her staff after I pointed out that I thought a poor job was being done.

And although this happened a few months ago, I am still annoyed that I could spend $390 for a service that had very little impact on my house.

Perhaps there are others, who had a good experience with these cleaners, but NOT at my house!!

After relaying this to a friend of mine, I was told I was ripped off because a spring clean does not cost that much.

She uses Absolute Domestics – not to be confused with absolute cleaning solutions, and she has nothing but high praise for her cleaners.

Don’t make my mistake.

Everything - Job not done as discussed. Work that is done - is of a very poor standard.
