Luan was prompt and very friendly. He did a wonderful job. The beige carpets were very looking very grey with age but have now come up brilliantly. Would highly recommend this company. Very happy.

I had a number of pet accidents on my wool carpet that needed to be cleaned. I got one of the "dry cleaning" type carpet cleaners in to do the job. Although the smell had been removed, the stains were still noticeable and I was not happy with the over service. I contacted Power Steam Cleaning as I wanted to try a steam cleaning service. The service was fantastic. They came at the arranged time, offered advice on the best way to clean the carpet and on how to clean future accidents. They removed all of the pet stains that the previous carpet cleaner had not removed and the entire carpet looked cleaner and felt softer. Will definitely be using Power Steam Cleaning from now on.

We were able to get a booking with short notice to steam clean for a bond, they were great to talk to and did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend them.

PSC came to us on the same day as I called them to book. We were not hopeful about getting the stains from our rental carpet but the expert from PSC got to it and left us with 2 immaculate carpets. Cant ask for better than that.

It was my first time using Power Steam Cleaning and I was very impressed! Luan was patient, efficient and very knowledgeable and even had the courtesy to ask if the scented sanitiser that he uses throughout the house, was the right amount, as he didn't want it to be too strong and overpowering for us or our pets. Luan explained the procedures that he was going to carry out for the clean and was very helpful with moving furniture etc. Would happily use Power Steam Cleaning again in the future and recommend them to others!

Long texted half an hour before arrival. He was extremely accomodating with our requests (we had moved furniture prior to his arrival). The urine odour has disappeared, very satisfied with outcome.

These guys were able to fit me in after a no show from another mob. General clean, plus some problematic dog wee stains in an old, cream carpet other companies unsuccessfully ‘treated’. The difference is amazing. Even after it’s all dried, you can hardly tell the stains were there. Not the cheapest, but definitely the most effective cleaners I’ve used!
