were completely dry, before a thorough clean could be done. I was grateful to learn of the risks associated with taking shortcuts - long term damage, mould and a terrible smell. Michael answered all of my questions directly and honestly. He provided a very reasonable quote and made sure I was happy with the services that would be included.

As this work involved a couple of days, it was important that Michael was flexible and accommodating, making sure to come at times that were convenient and not disruptive.

* Michael's up front communication around the booking was excellent - starting off with a website enquiry and finalising via email.

* Michael was careful to set expectations up front - e.g. that he could make no guarantees and Salsa was not the easiest thing to get out, and could well be a permanent feature, but he would do his best.

* Michael, turned up bang on time, exactly when he said he would, and worked very effectively / quickly.

* Michael clearly takes customer service and satisfaction very seriously, and was polite and helpful throughout

Whilst Michael could not get the stain 100% out, by the time he was finished it had faded to the point where its hardly noticeable unless you get up close and personal.

We had him do the entire unit whilst he was here, and he did a great job lifting some other stains that had been resistant to our own efforts with supermarket bought carpet cleaner - plus we also had a crack with the machine you can hire from Bunnings with limited joy.

I would definitely use Michael again, far more cost / time effective to just get in a professional who knows what he is doing rather than mess about hiring the machine from Bunnings and not getting the job done.

Carpet cleaning – I booked Michael from Everdry having read the reviews of his work. He didn't disappoint. Red wine stains on a cream coloured carpet - gone. A decade of teenagers on a cream coloured hall carpet and stubborn ink stains in their bedrooms - gone. We also got a very helpful and patient person who delivered a first class service. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again.

Excellent – Excellent job Michael. Could not be more satisfied. You have revived two navy linen tub chairs that had been stored for several years. Timely and efficient service – I booked Michael for carpet steam clean. From start to finish the job was well done. Michael arrived on time. Quickly evaluated the rooms that needed steam cleaning and got on the job straightaway. There were two large stains and multiple smaller stains from pets.
