Rip-off merchants – Charged $1400 for 2 hours work installing a $100 aerial and $25 mount & $25 parts. A real con man when we had negotiated $150ph and retail cost for parts. The owner claimed he would put in a very good aerial much better thank I could buy and the technician claimed he didn’t know what the aerials cost but hid the model from me and then charged me 8 times the retail cost. Show details

accurate transcript of the conversation if you would like to peruse this matter legally. BTW he offers Australian made products with a 20 year warranty despite antennas and accessories not being made in Australia for a number of years.

Adam came to sort my tv antenna out same day, no fuss, quick and easy to fix the issue, gave recommendations on how to make it better, Adam comes highly recommended to anyone who needs help fast with no fuss or lies.

We had Adam come and install a new antenna along with some other things. He was very professional and friendly and he help out with sorting out our new TV. Great guy and great job done.

Adam came out the same day of initial contact. He was honest, reliable, communicated exactly what was to be done and the total cost upfront. He completed the replacement aerial and ensured we were up and running to the TV points in the house. No hesitation in using Adam again or recommending his services to others.

Exceptional service – My old antenna had blown off in a storm taking the fascia board with it. My first call to Dennis was so professional and caring, and then the fabulous Adam came out to replace the antenna organising a carpenter to come with him to replace the board (they even painted it!). The roof is high and very steep so this wasn't easy, and of course replacing the fascia board was over and above. I highly recommend Adam and the company.

New indoor TV sockets – Great job done by Adam. To add anything to an old house is tricky. It needs good planning and execution which leads to good results. We added two indoor TV sockets in the living room. So far, the signal is strong and stable.

We have Digital reception! – Dylan came out on time. Job was not routine as it is an old house with different cables and the old 1960's style clear plastic cable and an old and crumbling UHF antenna. This morning, in one final search of the internet, I found a review for “Accent Antennas” and thought I’d drop them a message via their website. Within an hour I had a call from “Dennis” who immediately impressed me as a professional who knew “his stuff”..I explained the situation and Dennis immediately indicated that he could have a technician on site this afternoon!! There was no “up selling” no pressure and the price he quoted was far less that EVERY OTHER quote I’d ever been given. Less than two hours later, “Dillan” the technician was at my elderly Mum’s house. He immediately assessed the situation and identified the problem. A new “AUSTRALIAN MADE” digital antenna was installed and reception is now better than ever. Dillan was very punctual, arriving at exactly at the time he had stated in his earlier telephone call to confirm the appointment. He was polite and very professional, going about his work quickly and without fuss. The cost was exactly as indicated in my initial conversation with Dennis and it was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than anything the other so called “experts” had quoted. I recommend Accent Antennas in the strongest possible terms. Professional and helpful people supplying quality “Australian Made” products. Give the big call centres a miss and call these guys. Communication and service was amazing. We highly recommend Accent Antennas.The technician was efficient, fast and exrtremely knowledgeable on everything “TV”.

The best antenna company – We have had antenna issues for 33 years and many antenna companies who have all failed to solve the problem. The technician Dylan immediately spotted the main problem, an old analogue amplifier which was picking up 4G and 5G mobile phone interference. He also found that there was an intermittent problem with the VHF antenna, which he replaced. Since then, the signal strength has been excellent.

Advice on repairing TV – Adam was so helpful with giving me information and best options for my dilemma with fixing it buying another TV. Can't thank Adam enough.
