and advised him that the other 2 must belong to my neighbour which he still insisted were mine. He installed the booster without my permission and expected me to pay the $497.20. I advised him that I did not instruct him to install it and requested that it be taken out, which he did. When the TV came on the picture was as clear as a bell. No booster was required. The general 1300 number seemed OK but not happy with the customer service that I received upon installation. After this experience of what I believe to be an attempt to take advantage of the situation and upsell without permission, I would not recommend this company.

Tony was punctual informative and very polite. We did not want our aerial on the roof but in the roof so nothing was too hard for the tech. He installed it without any problems. Highly recommend the company and technician.

A few problems with reception at first, but thanks to their after sales care, I have the best reception I have ever had. Thanks so much Adrian for the time and care to rectify and thanks to Arthur for keeping me updated. 10 Stars if I could.

was able to utilise existing coax cable and wall plate and didn't have to get into the ceiling cavity. He then scrawled out a barely legible invoice/receipt with no details, accepted the credit card payment then left. I later realised he had only connected the antenna to my Fetch box but hadn't provided direct antenna connection to the adjacent wall-mounted TV as well I called the company and was told I'd be up for a callout fee plus labour charge if I wanted the additional work. I declined. Surely the tech should either have connected both devices to the antenna as a matter of course or at least given me the option. The worst part was the cost. On request the company sent me an itemised receipt, which the technician hadn't provided. It showed a $99 callout fee. The company advertises free quotes, so surely it's dishonest to then charge a callout fee. Much worse, the labour charge was $341 including GST for 30 minutes of work. That's an astounding $682 per hour! Surely that counts as unconscionable conduct?! After calling the company to complain they offered to refund half of the callout fee, which still leaves it as a total rip-off. They then sent me a $5 antenna cable for me to connect the antenna to my TV myself.

Made an appointment window time and took time off work. Didn't show up. At least call ahead if you can't make it! Company then tried to gaslight and tell me they had it made it for another time. I went with a local company, not an interstate call centre.

Very disappointed with this business. I made a booking for a technician to arrive between 12.00 and 4.00 pm so naturally took time off work so I could at home during the appointment period. another job which on a Friday afternoon which could be a 45 minute drive to our place. So not knowing how long it would take him to finish where he was and then make it to my place I decided to cancel the technician. The really disappointing part for me is the total lack of communication, a phone call give an update would have been a wise thing for this business to do. Very poor communication and customer service, not to mention an afternoon wasted at my end.

Just recently we had a lot of reception problems with our tvs. I was looking for a local service and was pleasantly surprised that I spoke to a very helpful person and got a booking the next day. Called at the end of the week. Technician arrived exactly on time explained what he thought was the cause. Gave a quote and asked if we wished to accept Set about the work. Did testing to be certain his diagnosis was correct. Installed replacement parts. Showed the faulty part. Checked everything to his and our satisfaction.

Impressed with Zeb from start to finish. His pleasant demeanour, knowledge of his field and excellent communication skills, allowed us to make the decision to have him do the installation, that we hadn't realised he could do there and then. Professional, prompt, informative quote on recommended options with immediate installation. Very happy, wish we knew of this service sooner, we put up with poor reception for many months!!

The technician arrived promptly and immediately started working. He was very nice and polite. He replaced the antenna and found the connector was corroded. My TV antenna stopped working which meant no free to air HD TV channels playing through my Foxtel IQ4 box. Not what you want in the middle of an Ashes test. Called Install My Antenna and they got a tech to my place within a day. He turned up on time, was polite and efficient, explained my options for a new antenna and proceeded to install it and make sure all was working OK. Very happy with the result and highly recommend Install My Antenna

Very happy with the service everything was checked out, I was told what I needed and the cost, and it was done straight away, checked afterwards and all good, haven't had such a good picture on the tv for years. Especially when the wind would blow. Highly recommend

Ahsan was very friendly, knowledgable and proficient in supplying a bracket and mounting our TV on the wall. After he left we noticed a problem, and he returned that night in his own time to replace a faulty cable. We're very satisfied with the job he did.

Steve was right on time and assessed things very quickly. He installed a digital antenna, replacing the old analog one immediately. He tested and tuned our stb ready for use. After installation he explained some important information.
