Terrible service, slow, expensive – A move that had been done with many more furniture items, longer distance & a harder access property twice previously cost almost $400 more. Slow movers taking frequent breaks. Made to pay from time truck was still looking for the property. Company director not interested in discussing issues.

Can-do attitude, no fuss and professional – We had 2 trucks full of stuff moving down 21 stairs and the team at Access Removals were absolutely amazing. It started from dropping us 60 boxes and the team that arrived on the day were positive, and worked really hard throughout the day. We were so impressed we gave them a tip because we felt they went above and beyond helping us get to our new place.

Professional service that gave a whole new meaning to the words service and professionalism – Our move was to a very small apartment on about the 15th floor of the building. We were amazed - and very grateful - to see it finally emerge out of the stair well and then they managed to get it up the apartment's narrow stairs and into place, all without a word of complaint. Their "can do" attitude was awesome and the entire move was carried out, quickly, professionally and with no fuss or hassles. We'd use Access again without doubt.

unbelievable in how precise the packing was. The day of the move was so painless with the team arriving on time and getting through all the moving with no issues. The team pulled apart our beds and tables and put them all back together at the end of the day. Chris also picked up the empty boxes several days after our move and deposited the money for these boxes into our account immediately. Hopefully we won't be moving any more but if we did we would certainly use Chris and the team at Access Removals again. Thanks boys

Don't Use Them – I used Access Removals to move half of my furniture to storage and the other half to my new rental property in July 2014. On delivery of my Queen size Sealy Posterpedic bed and base, we found the the legs/wheels were missing. Therefore I could not attach the head board. with them, on an extremely hot day, looking for the missing legs. Which they could not find. They stated that they would have taped them to the bed, like my other bed. As there were 8 large castors, I doubted that was possible. On asking management what they would be doing to fix the problem, they claimed that I was lucky(?) not to have been charged for the 4.5 hours (normally $495.00). As they didn't find the legs, I was informed that they were either left at my original house or given to me. It was not their responsibility. As I have debilitating osteoarthritis, I had to purchase a new bed for $2500.00. I have now purchased my new home and used another removalist to transport my belongings to my new house. Guess what was found in the television cabinet? All the castors to my old bed. I always knew I didn't have them but could not prove it. Access Removals had obviously put them there. They also scratched and marked many of my wooden pieces of furniture.

These removalists are a dream – Access Removal and their boys are a pleasure to deal with. As always we underestimated moving from our 3 bedroom apartment - they were hard working, polite and friendly, fast and extremely careful with our things and very affordable.
