The service is highly regarded for its careful handling of belongings and the professional conduct of its moving teams. Staff consistently demonstrate efficiency and reliability across local and regional moves, including those with challenging access or heavy items.
Big thanks to the AAA Team Marwan (Mark) and Martin in Truck 2. A complicated move picking up from one storage unit plus our adjacent apartment in one suburb, Chiswick, then clearing out the storage unit at Homebush before heading down to the Southern Highlands for another 2 stage drop off. Although everything was packed there were a few items that needed replacing and quite a lot of fragile items. Much appreciated. Scott Show reply
Andy & Sam were fantastic. Timely, professional, and respected our belongings during the move. I would highly recommend this company and these guys. This is our second move again and will be hiring in the near future, thanks guys Show reply
It was quite a smooth move of my 3 bedroom apartment on the second floor with no lift in Kirrawee to the house in Come. Team of track number 2 did their job perfectly with no issues. Show reply

Amazing service once again with Neil, believe it was truck 71. We had a lot of heavy items, including a piano that needed extra care, and they handled everything professionally and carefully, like it was their own home. Second time moving with Neil from AAA and I couldn't be happier with the service. Thank you! Show reply
Recently had the pleasure of having my large amount of possessions moved from The Blue Mountains to Wollongong by Frank's crew ( Truck 6) and Rivan's crew (Truck 24). They were friendly, well organised, professional and continually consulted me. I would definitely recommend them. Show reply
We had a move today with AAA removalists and my gosh - these guys were amaaaaazing ! We didn’t realise we had so much stuff and the care and thought that went into getting us sorted was second to none - think 5 bedrooms - stairs - mattresses and a lounge that could only be taken out over the upstairs balcony - a million challenges with so much… Read more · 1

without any damage.
What really stood out was their positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to make the process as stress-free as possible. They communicated clearly, worked quickly without cutting corners, and were very respectful of both my old and new home.
Moving can be overwhelming, but they made the entire experience smooth and seamless. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy removalists. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future!
Rivan truck 24 and his team were excellent. It was a difficult move with lots of heavy items including a pianola but the team did it with care and a smile. The move took much longer than expected but they did it with no complaints and a fantastic attitude. Would highly recommend! Show reply

I recently used AAACity Removalist and overall my experience was mixed. I paid for their service along with an additional $300 guarantee. After the move, I noticed that one of my items was broken. When I contacted them to raise the issue, they… Read more
stated that the guarantee does not cover this situation, which was disappointing and showed a lack of proper customer support.
Their customer service was unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility. The pricing also feels quite high considering the poor level of support provided.
The team who carried out the move were polite, respectful, and hardworking, but the company’s policies and customer service are awful.
I do nooot recommend them.
Follow-up · The drawer leg was broken during the move, and the removalist company has refused to accept any responsibility.
Professional, exceptional service. Ricky n Younan Amazing. Above n beyond what was required. Definitely use again! Highly recommend. Show reply
Follow-up · In answer to the follow up questions: The young men arrived on time, protect wrapped everything that required it, and packed the truck like Tetris - couldnt believe it! Unloaded the truck and placed everything where we wanted them. Even re-assembled one of the beds!
Truck 14 Ron and Michael and weed were very helpful, efficient and careful with all our stuff. They were on time and easy to work with. I recommend them highly. Easy quick move with them and AAA. 3-4 bedroom house. Difficult location. Show reply
Follow-up · Access in and out of where I was moving from was down a narrow pathway at the back of block had its challenges & made the move more difficult/take longer. They did do the furniture disassembly and reassembly I requested. After the move I noticed a dent in my new fridge. They seemed frustrated when I asked them to connect the washing machine hoses… Read more

Truck number 2 Penrith location - storage unit to house We have used AAA City Removalist before and there was second thought when choosing a removalist for our recent house move, we would use anyone else. Edit; i felt forced to write this being hoovered over and watched, i was heavily over charged, youre telling me taking a desk and few boxes on a 30min drive costs 2k?? How was i quoted 600-800 and ended up paying dramatically more?? I was in a DV… Read more
and getting finance help, this feels like they were taking advantage as they knew about it... $300 for 1 or 2 pieces of bubble wrap btw!! Not even taped to the item..
shout out to Mark truck 2. They've been extremely communicative and supportive through this stressful period. Provided me with packing supplies and reminded me of any extra fees so nothing was a surprise.
They assisted me from moving from northmead, all the way down to Leichhardt, considering the distance and moving they were very quick and effective.
The Admin team has been outstanding as well.
Follow-up · How did Admin team help? Not at all since my edit "investigation" doubt it, no contact. New movers: look elsewhere Packing suppliers: just bubble wrap

The guys did a good job moving stuff and were friendly. However, they left rubbish in the property and the common areas. (Food wrappers, left over plastic roles etc. ) They also were very pushy about getting a review before the job was even completed. Ultimately the rubbish isn’t a massive concern or the overpriced plastic wrap, but the… Read more
business seems to push some type of policy or procedure to get customers to leave a review for each job which is unnerving. Respectfully, this comes off to encourage more people to take them on and get more business. You shouldn't be insisting that your customers leave a review for a service they’re already paying for. Accept payment, give the people a paper or flyer saying if they are happy with the service to please review here, and leave..
Again, the guys were friendly, they worked hard to get the job done, but I don’t think they should have to push for reviews ontop of the work they’re putting in. More professionalism and organisation on behalf of management is in order in my opinion.
