4 hours late, dragged my furniture on the ground through the water and dirt and to top it off tried to rip me off. Absolutely appalling and wouldn’t ever use again or recommend.

call at 0630 to say they’d be there between 0700-0900, said 0830-0930 would be ok as elderly couple in 90s involved. Rang the company at 0945 - finally told they’d be there between 1100 - 1200. Told them not acceptable (again) as elderly couple were being admitted to a nursing home at those times. Finally agreed time of 1500 was made. Waited until nearly 1600 - no call and truck did not show up. Rang them again, waited 10 minutes to find out what was going on- finally told they’d could turn up between 1800-1900. Service cancelled by me. Said they would credit the deposit- not trusting that, but have message and email proving, plus records of all calls between us. DISGUSTING, NON CARING, UNRELIABLE, POOR COMMUNICATION, NON TRUSTWORTHY, RIP OFF, LIARS, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Had 2 young movers help us out today. They turned up on time and were enthusiastic to get the job done. Not having done too many moves between them, they could have benefited from having an experienced hand to show them the ropes. We used them to get the big stuff moved. A bit more training and they'll learn how to navigate tricky moves. Overall did a good job. Show reply

Absolutely hopeless. Hours late, careless and expect to be paid extra charges for everything and refuse to accept responsibility for anything so are effectively useless. They are not even a company they are a booking agency and they just use any randoms to do the work. A small one bedroom flat they couldn't even complete the job in 8 hours and… Read more

DISGUSTING! I originally wrote a great review and even emailed the company directly mid move to say how lovely my movers were. They arrived and were so great and helpful. They told me that it wasn't on the quote but there's actually a $350 walking distance fee, but because I packed so well they'd give me a discount of $250. Stressed from the move… Read more

and not thinking I said okay. They moved me and helped me greatly, then stood in my doorway, made me write the nice review right then on the stop and made me PAYID one of the drivers the $250. I couldn't say no as I was by myself. My boyfriend was interstate at the time. I got the invoice sans the $250, so asked them to please put it on there so I had accurate records. This led to the company calling me to find out what was happening because there shouldn't be a walking distance fee. I explained what happened and they said they'll look into it. One of the movers then called me personally and started to say "Remember we said the fee wouldn't be on the invoice!" and I hung up. He tried calling back and I didn't answer. The company then finally emailed back to say that the $250 was not supposed to happen and was done without company permission and stolen by the drivers. I asked what the company was going to do about it, refund me? no. Refund the stolen money? No! All I got offered was $50 off my next move with them and some dodgy priority customer thing to use within the next 12 months if I move. So the only way I get anything is if I give them hundreds more dollars. I am absolutley disgusted with this company and will absolutely be taking legal action to try and recover my stolen funds. Thankfully my boyfriend is now moving in with me full time, the movers calling me directly and having direct knowledge of my house and information had me fearing for my safety given the company said they were taking "appropriate disciplinary action" - but they didn't care about this fact at all.

IF YOU HAVE EVER BEEN CHARGED A WALKING DISTANCE FEE, PLEASE CHECK ON THIS BECAUSE IT MAY NOT HAVE BEEN ACCURATE!!!!

The movers were extremely unreliable and unprofessional. They arrived 3.5 hours late despite multiple follow‑ups and only attempted the job at the delivery location after demanding additional payment. disappointing — calls were never returned, leaving us waiting endlessly with no accountability. We ultimately had to handle the matter ourselves and still paid around $400 just for a fridge and washer.

I do not recommend this company.

I was given a written quote which stated no fuel levy. The next day they rang and said there would be a $50 fuel levy. On the day of the move, which was booked for 10am, they hadn’t arrived by 11am, so I rang them. Then they said no they won’t get until between 10 and 2! Then at 12.30 they rang me to say truck had mechanical issues and wouldn’t be there today! Not good service. Constant emails with updates to contract. Dodgy.
