Ordered dash mat (Shevron) for Haval Jolion (had to be made), took only 10 working days to be delivered to my door, arrived in perfect condition. Fantastic company to deal with.

Well done Accessories online – First rate service,(thank you Stuart) top shelf quality, both dash mats look fantastic ,even got the HUD spot right for my Santa Fe! and the other one is pretty rare and quite old! ie hard to get.no probs for accessories online! I got the colour wrong for the sports car and Stuart was increibly helpful in getting that all sorted. 100% recommendation, product, service ,communication ,the whole 9 yards.

Console mat doesn't fit properly – I purchased a console cover for my Isuzu Mux to protect the piano black in this area. The cover I received was very poorly made. Did not cover the area as described or shown on the website's example image. A waste of $90.

5 star service – I recieved my first item swiftly. The second item was delayed at manufacture, Stuart messaged me to be sure I was aware of this delay. Total Scam – This is the WORST company to deal with. Do NOT & I mean NOT buy anything from here! I bought a dash mat way before Christmas & not only have I not received it but never heard back from the company. They deliberately don’t put their number on their site so they can’t be directly contacted. They never respond to e-mails/msgs & are simply just a scam! Terrible is an understatement!!

The worst company i have ever dealt wiyh – i paid for a phone case and that was nearly 3 months ago.I have not received a single email or any other form of communication since my purchase .I have sent quite a few emails and phone calls all to no avail. I implore you to NEVER buy anthing from them . I do not take being scammed lightly. Ther has been no customer service at all no communication whatsoever.I think i can assume that i will never see my phone case not happy!!!

great service – Had a couple of emails with Stuart to ascertain the correct dash mat for my car, Stuart was very helpful, I received the mat a lot quicker than anticipated Many thanks Bill

quality very poor – product is no where near the quality I anticipated. i have bought dashmats before and never seen poor quality like this.

Care factor...ZERO – So thinking I'd buy local I googled these guys and bought $200 in the one transaction, big mistake , no communication in fact I had to email and beg for updates and tracking info .. and 3 weeks to deliver , pathetic that's right blame the virus , guess what I work for the company you used to courier and we have NO holdups , so nice lie. Never buying local again , Ebay maybe owned overseas but they all over this mob

they would get it to me (so haven't even sent it.)but this is over a week after i ordered it and now I just get a email from paypal saying i will be refunded in a few days. This is such bad customer service I will never order from them again.

Cheap looking mat; wrong mat – I checked several online sites and retail stores for a good quality dash mat. the notes section of the order. All it would have taken was an email or phone call to sort this out but no. The mat also looks cheap. I want a refund but have been told to return the mat at my expense and they’ll send the right one. Not impressed!

Heartless customer service – Ordered window sox from Accessories Online for sun protection for an 8 hour car trip to take my 3 year old currently going through chemotherapy to see her specialists. A side effect of chemotherapy is extreme sensitivity to sunlight resulting in severe sunburn, which is why I needed the window sox. Despite providing the correct details as to what… Read more

size product I need, I was sent the wrong number ones. As I was leaving on the car trip the next morning, i notified accessories Online of their error and requested they send me a reply paid envelope to return the incorrect product, and in the mean time, given the reason I needed the window sox and the fact I'd have to find a replacement in my travels the next day, I'd like a refund so as I will not be out of pocket. After all money is tight when a lot of travel is involved for a sick child's treatment and I desperately needed the protection of proper quality sun shade for my daughter.

I have since been ignored by Accessories Online, and have only been sent a pdf of a return slip and told to pay for the printing myself (I don't have a printer so would need to organise this) and purchase an envelope to return it to them. While I normally have no problem with needing to return a product before receiving a return, given the circumstances, I find it awful that they were not willing to be helpful or cooperate or even respond to me despite the entire issue being their fault.

So disappointed in this company, and will never purchase from them again. Either from their website or from their eBay account.
