Good tree removal experience – Quoted to take out numerous big trees. Arrived on time, mini army of workers, less than an hour and done. Recommend.

Dont waste your time or money on Acclaim Tree Care – I do NOT recommend this company. Very poor communication when it comes to issue that arise. Want money for work not completed. Fall back on vague terms that they manipulate to any situation. Found some rocks under the tree roots when grinding - wont complete grinding but you still have to pay full price. dropped the branches on the fence and damaged it - not our fault the fence was in the way. We drove our kanga over your garden structure and broke it - not their fault it was there, even though they had full access from the other side. Broke my clothes line, not their fault. I begged [Name Removed] to come out and assess it for himself and resolve the issues and was refused and met with hostility, bullying and threats. Ive had to get another company in, they confirmed its not completed, and to finish the stump grinding and i offered to pay Acclaim the difference but nope, still threatening me. Not a nice person, dodgy practices, wont stand behind his work. Dont waste your time dealing with this company, save the headache and threats. More than happy for anyone to message me for proof of damage, his threats etc. i have nothing to hide, i tried to resolve this but [Name Removed] is not interested. I left this review on Facebbook also but it was deleted and i was blocked.
PROCEED WITH CAUTION – Disappointed with the work and dissatisfied with customer service. Proceed with extreme caution. Has to be one of the best – These guys handled a tall gum in a very tight spot.The lopper had initial reservations about possible property damage but on further consulting with Shane it was deemed safe. Several palms were in the way and it was unavoidable that they were damaged slightly. Could not recommend them highly enough
Outstanding – Can not reccomend this company enough great team of guys who did a fantastic job. I had a big gum tree it was brought down without a hitch or damage to my shed directly benath it and took it all away they even cut me up some firewood and stacked it away really happy woulddefinitely use them again Show details

Avoid this company. Poor customer service – I engaged Acclaim Tree Care to remove some branches from a large gum tree. The workers cut down a prized Bougainvillea bush in my yard, next to my side gate without asking for permission. The gum tree they were engaged to prune was in the back corner of the yard. my property. When I raised these two issues in a polite email saying “I will be happy to pay your invoice once these issues are addressed. Please advise.” I received a phone call from the company during which I was told my tenant cut down the Bougainvillea bush (untrue). My tenant cut down another weedy tree on site with my permission. I was also told my neighbours fence was old, poorly built and must have fallen down by itself. I was then told if I did not pay their invoice immediately I would be sent to their debt collectors by the end of the day. I would have thought perhaps a replacement potted Bougainvillea bush and an apology would have been a more reasonable response to my concerns. I received further threatening emails from this company claiming they had completed the works to "the standard as quoted without any problem". The two issues I raised for their attention and response were dismissed/ignored in the most rude manner. I will not engage this company again as my customer service experience was extremely poor. I cannot recommend this business. It was my experience that this company refused to take responsibility for their workers conduct. I am out one prized Bougainvillea and I will have to pay for the repairs to my neighbours fence. A very disappointing experience.
