brief discussion on the phone we worked out there was no mistake and he arranged to come give a quote. By the time I got off the phone I had a notice that I'd been transferred back to Jim's for reallocation and a second notice advising me to ignore the previous message. I believe this shows Sonny efficiency. Sonny arrived 15 minutes early the next day and we had a great general discussion and then an overview and walk through of what was expected across the property. Sonny advised that he would work out a quote and send it to me. I received the quote promptly the next working week which was very competitive. I took the quote to the committee who gave the go ahead. (Our side took about a week). Sonny had sent a follow up text that afternoon and we have arranged for him to start soon. A great experience all the way through. Looking forward to seeing the results. The communication from the franchisee was positive, with confirmation of the team's arrival prior. The team were punctual and arrived at the time indicated. They were courteous and professional. They mowed and edged my lawns and tidied up afterwards. I was very impressed with the quality of the service and how the lawns looked after the service. I have very high standards and to be impressed by the service and quality isn't something that comes easily and to follow up with a positive review in writing is rare. However, when a service provider is worthy of a positive review and recommendation, then I will unreservedly recommend that provider. This is definitely the case with my local Jim's. I have decided to engage them to perform regular ongoing maintenance.

Top-notch lawn care - : Adam did a fantastic job on my lawn. Showed up on time, edges are crisp, and he even blew the clippings off my driveway and paths. Yard looks the best it has all year. Will definitely have him back regularly.

I have been using Kris Singh for a while now and Alan who has been doing the mowing has done an excellent job he keeps you informed when he will be attending the job and coordinates with green wast collections and puts the bin out as well very happy with them and would recommend them
