Nice vehicle replacement somewhat better than i expected. Excellent customer service and they even do following up with me if ready. The vehicle used for same purpose eg personal use.

Easy to deal with, great customer service. No inconvenience with the car being dropped off at the panel shop ready for pick up and once finished the car get dropped of back at the panel shop. No bond was taken which was a bonus, newish Toyota Camry met my needs.

Customer service was excellent. When I realised that I did not have a loan car on my insurance policy after having an accident that was not my fault, I was in a panic but Acorn Rentals made it so easy to organize a loan car even on short notice. It was delivered the the smash repairs and I was able to leave it there when my car was ready to be picked up. A very convenient service.

Customer service apon delivery was fantastic, quick and easy hand over. The vehicle was delivered quick and clean as mentioned. I wasn't sure of wich vehicle I was gonna get, exceed expectations, the vehicle I received met all the specify needs I rented it for and I highly recommend everyone to use acorn rentals, I will use them again in the near future

Really good to have an option of a vehicle.

Car arrived on time and was in good condition in general.

We did notice upon using the aircon that a previous person had been a smoker and it was right through the ventilation system.

Rest of the vehicle was in good condition, and it got us from a to b for school runs for the week.

We definitely appreciated the loan and Acorn were very good with support in general.

Would recommend, but perhaps screening needs to be more thorough in relation to the vehicles being labelled internally as ‘no smoking’ vehicles.

The Acorn rental service was really convenient; it was great to have the car delivered and taken away, so much better than having to try to get to the lot to collect and return, like other companies. Acorn did not have the car we booked available on the day but did give us a better one for the same rate, much appreciated. The admin side was a little protracted, but they are handing over a valuable item and insurance is involved. Speaking of which, looking forward to the return of my excess deposit!

Is there any cost to me when the vehicle is returned to you? Is the other parties insurance going to pay the invoice?

There is no invoice. If you are not at fault then the other parties insurance is billed directly - all you have to do is fill the car with petrol (its full when you get it) and give the keys to the panel beater and drive away in your newly repaired car

Hi Phyllis.
Acorn invoice and recover the rental cost directly from the at-fault's insurer so there are absolutely no rental costs charged to you.
We provide you a vehicle full of fuel and request it is returned full. If it is not returned full we would have to invoice you for the cost.
We also request you place your own e-tag if you use toll roads. Otherwise, again, we would invoice you for any tolls incurred.
You are fully protected form any rental charges with our unique contract of indemnity.
