I've changed my mind after being coerced (offered a reward?) into giving a good rating during receipt of hire car. The next day, they called to say they needed their hire car back because RAA was refuting my claim again. I am in the right, confirmed again by my insurance, NRMA, who are, as we speak, organising a hire car for me. The crash… Read more

repairer organised the car through 'I'm in the right' on my behalf without the option to go directly through my NRMA. Would have saved me lots of angst and worry. Do better, 'I'm in the right' if you expect good ratings. Don't give our hire cars willy-nilly if you are deeming yourselves a reputable company. I do not recommend this company.

then rang the NRMA again and they said they didn’t no about the accident and it wasn’t in their system. It was a scam! Who knows what would have happened to my mums car or at what cost!

How did I’m in the right get my mums details? How did they know about the accident? Did they have someone in NRMA getting a kick back? We’ve reported the scam! Watch out!

breach of the Privacy Act 1988 (Australia)! 'I’m In The Right' claimed they were 'provided my details by my Insurance Company'. As a no fault driver, they would provide me a replacement vehicle while mine was being repaired. I hadn't yet called my Insurance Company, yet 'I’m In The Right' knew who they were (Again, courtesy of my 'friendly tow truck driver')! I rang my Insurance Company (Allianz) to check. My Insurance Company ONLY deals with AVIS/Budget! In other words 'I’m In The Right' are Ambulance Chasers. 'I’m In The Right' are a [Content Removed], in cahoots with actors in the Tow Truck Industry! BEWARE.

'Im in the Right' short cuts the process of getting a hire vehicle to a 'not at fault' vehicle owner because they get their leads directly from tow truck drivers, then arrive with a car within an hour of an accident, under stressful conditions and have you sign a digital 50 page document, full of terms and condtions, without really knowing what… Read more

you've signed, get your credit card details, etc,etc. The system is great except you dont know whats happening behind the scenes, there is no direct contact to get updates from and they dont get back yo you until it suits them. Im wiser now and didn't like the whole experience so cant recommend.

It was like too good to be true! Everything happened seemlessly. They booked me a uber car to go home from repair centre whereas I was thinking of catching a bus, and later that day they brought me a hire car at home while my car’s being fixed. It was instantly good, I had a car within half an hour when the accident happened. And all interactions were fantastic and helpful. Emilie was so nice, then I needed a smaller car and they instantly swapped it for a car I was more comfortable with and Patrick explained everything so well. Range Rover Evoque 2023 and I was given a tiny CX3 which was totally inappropriate. I'm In The Right gave me a BMW X3 as my 'like-for-like' placement vehicle. Highly recommend I'm In The Right.
