I came across Carbiz and read their excellent reviews. I was hesitant at first because it seemed too good to be true, but gave them a call. I spoke with Yan who was very helpful, calm and professional and he explained clearly how the process works. After the paperwork was processed, they contacted me the next day to inform that a rental car was available and they could deliver it to my place. On the day of delivery, Tim messaged me that they could come early with a Mercedes Benz GLB200 SUV. The car was delivered by Atalia, a very kind and friendly person. She explained clearly about the terms and conditions of the hire. The whole process was smooth. The rental car is nice and pleasant to drive. It was a surprise to me because the rental car is from the same maker as mine and also the latest model.
