Excellent service from Lee. After a mixup that meant my booking was the wrong day, they were still able to get me a replacement car within a half hour. After driving it, I found the car too big, so I contacted Carbiz, who were were happy to change the car for a smaller one which was similar in size our own car. Ashleigh delivered the replacement car to our home in torrential rain and was helpful, polite and friendly. The car was in very good condition; Ashleigh noted a couple of small dents/marks and took photos. Ashleigh talked us though the car's features and handled the handover the paperwork efficiently, before taking the Mercedes back to the depot.
