Super impressed with Compass and the service I received.
I was recently involved in a car accident where I was not at fault and I was put onto Compass by a friend that works for All Car Towing. I initially spoke to Jordan who could not have been more helpful with submitting my claim and explaining the process to me. The next day after I had picked up the vehicle (Michelle at the depot kindly arranged an Uber to get me to Mulgrave) Julian contacted me to say that the at fault driver was claiming that I was the one in the wrong. He was driving a removal truck and had hit the front left hand panel of...car my whilst trying to overtake me, sending me off the road. I was travelling in the right hand lane of the freeway and he was trying to speed in between myself and the vehicle that I was about to overtake in the left hand lane. Clearly there was not enough room and this is how he hit me. Given that he was driving his bosses vehicle I can only assume that he was telling his boss that I hit him from behind as he didn’t want his boss to know that he was driving recklessly. I was distraught when I spoke to Julian and once again he could not have been more sympathetic and understanding as I vented my frustration at the situation. He said that if I contacted my insurance company to see if I had hire cars as part of my policy that he should still be able to help me. But after speaking to my insurance company I was informed that I didn’t have that cover on my policy. I called Compass back and spoke with Jordan again. He was very supportive and understanding and asked that I send him photos of the damage to my car. He said that he would pass it on to his Team Leader as he didn’t feel comfortable taking the vehicle away from me when it was obvious that I was not at fault. I did this and the next day Julian called me back to say that the Team Leader had approved for me to keep the vehicle. Needless to say I was very grateful!! Now that my car has been repaired and the Compass vehicle has been returned (I loved that it was picked up and I didn’t have to take it back to Mulgrave) I would like to send a very big thank you to Compass. Julian and Jordan are a credit to the claims team and I would be happy to have them working for me. Michelle at the depot was helpful and thorough and I even though I don’t know the Team Leaders name that approved my claim after Jordan passed the information onto them, I’m very grateful to them. They could see the situation that I was in and assisted using common sense instead of just saying no when the other driver tried to deny liability. All in all I am super impressed with Compass and the service that I received. I will be recommending your services to any family, friends or colleagues that may need you. Thank you for providing such a great service.
My motorcycle was rear ended while I was sitting at a red light, so not at fault.
Repairs being covered by at faults insurance provider.
Compass organised a replacement bike for me in no time while my motorcycle was in for repairs.
Bike provided was in A1 condition and perfect for my daily commute.

This was a very pleasent experience during a stressful time. I cannot fault Compass really great customer service, nothing was a problem, quick and efficient service, friendly staff, clean and fuel efficent vehicle.

Surprised how good the service was!
Compass were surprisingly helpful, punctual, and pretty much excellent in every respect. I expected to at least have to do some of my own running around, but the Compass team sorted everything out from their end. Won't hesitate to use again if the need arises.
Very easy to deal with from the guys in the office to the local guys in Townsville. All super friendly and nothing was too much trouble with everything done when it was meant to be. Would highly recommend based on our experience.

Very efficient and professional in their approach. A hire car was organised within 48 hours. The process was incredibly smooth facilitate by telephone. They dropped the car off at the automotive shop. They then picked the car up from the automotive shop after I picked up my own vehicle post repairs. The car they provided was a luxury vehicle similar in brand and style to my own vehicle ensuring there was no loss of convenience or comfort while my own car was being repaired. I am incredibly happy with the service by compass who I would very happily recommend to others.

My SUV was hit by a car when my vehicle was stationary waiting for the light to go green. My smash repairer advised me of Compass Corp as I didn't have a Hire car (car rental insurance) with my policy. The Comapss team assessed my case and the evidence I had and agreed to provide me with a rental car of equivalent size and year (I had brand new Mercedes Benz GLC 8,900 km on the odometer, they gave me GLC200 with 4000km on the odometer). This was arranged within 24hrs, I collected the hire car from my smash repair when I dropped my car off and r...eturned the rental when I picked up my repaired car. Compass is seeking the expenses from the insurance of the other driver as they are confident that they can obtain full reimbursement with the evidence I have provided them. The whole process was AMAZING! I have family and work commitments almost every day which requires me to drive a lot. I could not have gotten by with our Compass Corp's incredible service. They were wonderful to deal with, it was very easy and straight forward, customer service was impeccable - what was a very stressful situation was made easier and I am incredibly grateful and thankful for their service. Highly recommend their services !!!
This company was fantastic to deal with they organised a similar replacement car and delivered it in under 48hrs. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again. They made a stressful situation so much easier to deal with.
The company charged me for toll charges incurred by their their own driver, who picked up the car to return it back to their warehouse. Now they are refusing to pay me back my money! Fair trading will be the next step for me! Very annoyed with their accounts.
The service is absolutely fantastic
I had a car accident in the last couple of months and I am not the fault party. I had been introduced by a body repairer what Compass is. Compass rent me the car for one month without any hassle. Easy to use, reasonable and first-class customer service. They sent the car to my workplace and I dropped off the car to the body repairer once body repairer finished the repair. I used to very worry about the fee and charges as on that time they did not get back to me either they can access the fault party insurance or not. But overall, is a good experience with Compass.

VERY DODGY COMPANY
Absolutely disgraceful behaviour it is all a scam where they give you the car and then they claim that the at fault party refuses to pay and want you to go to court to obtain the money. That is their problem, not yours they should secure payment beforehand!!! Elementary!!!!
