Great customer service.Provided me with a car immediately after an accident.As the accident was in Wollongong and I live in Sydney ,it solved the problem of how to get home.The hirecar was near new and all paperwork hasslefree.It was easy to return the car in sydney where my own vehicle was repaired

Compass is a perfect company, I was for a month with and so incredible experience. Costumer service was sensational and the car provided was a perfect match with my requirements. Everything went smoothly, they delivered vehicle as arranged. They handled the paperwork to claim from insurance company. I was extremely happy with all the paperwork ect being handled by them. The only small negative it that the windscreen had clearly been wiped over with a dirty cloth and I needed to then clean itTo have safe visuals.

Was involved in a minor bingle, Compass contacted me after the Insurance company was notified- Offering a hire car service - Compass operator was professional in their communication, timely in their email responses- Upon collection of the hire car, it was cleaned on the Morning, giving me trouble free motoring for the next 6 days , whilst my car was repaired- Great Experience all round

We got rearended and had two babies in the backseat and Ben K. the branch manager was the most understanding empathetic, knowing and helpful person! Even after the accident he went (and still is) over and beyond to help us with everything! If you ever have to deal with them, you will be in good hands!
