Don’t waste your money – Zipper broke only after a couple of years use. Ordered a new net that was ‘in stock’ to find out no it actually wasn’t and they had to order from O.S. That was 18 months ago, we are still waiting. We had to purchase clips to keep the net closed after our toddler fell out. Parts department have never called or emailed to advise status. Continual… Read more

blame on covid for delays. No solutions offered, won’t let you speak to management. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Will never purchase another action product again.

My galvanised trampoline has completely rusted (legs fallen off) after 3 years – We bought a 14 foot trampoline 3 years ago. We complained about the quality after 5 months with the frame starting to rust and the trampoline not up to standard, with the reply from action as these trampolines haven’t gone up in price in years so they have to drop the quality. The only part of the trampoline that lasted was the mat. The net… Read more

broke after 4 months. The net poles bent not long after that. The legs on the galvanised frames have totally rusted through and disappeared.

Would never buy another.

Extremely poor quality, and ridiculous warranty process – Extremely poor quality, springs came away from stitching and mat in less than 8 months. Extremely poor customer service with replacement mat, was told to completely cut the mat with a knife before my warranty can proceed further. Now kids will have no trampoline for potentially up to 3 weeks.. just wanted to replace the mat when the new one arrived. Will never purchase one from this company again Have 2 kids under 4 that use it and use it daily. Show details

Totally disgusted with product & service – This trampoline is only used by grandchildren - approximately 10 times a year Only one small child on trampoline at a time - 4 - 6 year olds Not sure how safe due to falling apart - poles have broken, netting ripped, safety matting shredded - no response to complaint email

Doesn't last long – After 3 months of use the net ripped and has kept on ripping which is a chocking hazard to the kids. The velcro holding the net to the poll has all split and can't go around the polls anymore. I only give it another star as the rest of the trampoline is still in tact.

Absolute crap of a trampoline – Trampoline is torn too shreds , frame rusted , matt is torn and padding and net are in tatters. its like ive had this thing for 10 years. Its only just over 2 years old and im throwing it out , and when i rang for parts , it was more expensive than buying a new one . Dont buy there trampolines , in my opinion they are also very unsafe cause there not one bit weather proof ,

refused to honour warranty with 2nd issue – Pin came loose causing leg pole to go through mat. Fortunately not empaling my grandson. We were told that it was our negligence. Poor maintenance. By the looks of the mat the manager said it hadn't been looked after. Apparently when we move it to mow the grass this can cause the pins to come loose and this is our fault. Very sad that i… Read more

didn't listen to daughter and friend who said purchase the kmart trampoline which was cheaper and they have been extremely happy with theirs. Managers and sales staff continually passed me around to each other but even when seeing pin in leg said it was not assembled correctly. Poor quality and dangerous. Didnt honour warranty. used excuse we didnt check to see that the pin was safe. Yet it broke in use so how could we stop it from going through mat. Also told me i was vindictive for wanting to give a bad review. Also 3 months after purchasing the mat came apart which they did replace but this shows poor quality.

Serious safety issues, should be recalled – This trampoline tore in half as my 9 year old son jumped. He could have broken a leg as he fell through to the ground. This is a serious manufacturer fault and potentially deadly. This product should be recalled it is a serious health risk. Action did not respond to my emails to them. Would never recommend this to anyone.

Cheap, Nasty, Fell to Pieces – Do Not Buy! One might joke that they must have put some effort into designing this so that it fell to pieces so rapidly. We have had out 12 foot KS0120 trampoline for a few years, so I can't remember the exact dates of failure. First the pads over the springs appeared to depolymerise, and bits of pad and foam spread all over the garden. Then… Read more

the net came to pieces, bit by bit. The springs had started to rust when the thing was set up. The spring loops on the mat pulled out at random, and - according to the boys - springs whizzed about at speed. The padding on the poles has degenerated into little fragments of plastic, and the foam inside has blown about. The metal tubes are rusty - some have rusted through - and the u-clamps are rusty little messes.

What has survived? The plastic protectors on the u-clamps and the things on the ends of the poles are fine and apparently undamaged. That is it.

The remains of the trampoline is now under the house, ready for the next council clean-up.

If people can make cars and garden furniture that lasts for decades, then such trampolines as this are worse than bad jokes. Do not Buy! Tell your friends not to buy.

Poor quality very dangerous – Tramp is 6 months old and springs have been snapping and flying off. Weight limit is 120kg and heaviest user is 60 odd. Action say it's not suited to high skill levels? Our heaviest son jumps up and down, no tricks etc. we are going to NCAT, it's not fit for purpose- jumping is snapping the springs. Do not buy.

Do not buy very dangerous – I purchased the 13ft trampoline 2 weeks ago for my kids for Christmas.. 2 of my children were jumping on the trampoline when the whole side collapsed and the legs gave way at the same time causing my kids to fall through and get some nasty bumps and bruises lucky they didn't get any worse injuries.. This product is faulty.. When I called action sports they told me that only one child should be on the trampoline at a time!!!

Poor quality, Extremely poor customer service – We kept our trampoline under cover and was not used a great deal by our 3 year old. When the net ripped (in less than 9 months) we were told it was due to excessive force". After being asked to find receipts, send multiple photo's and poor communication, we were told the same thing. Definitely a shonky product that I would not go near again even if it was free!!! I will definitely spend the extra money and get another brand next time.

Absolute Crap – Don't buy this product. For something that people buy to be safe for kids I have no idea how they allow this to come in to Australia. The pads, nets, etc. fall apart in less than a year and customer service is a non existent joke. Pay a bit extra and buy a real one.

Waste of money – Just replaced 3rd mat in 12 months. Stitching comes undone making the springs come lose And the mat ripped Kids weigh under 50kg. Weight should be up to 120kg. Net zipper broke and pads rotted away in under 12 months. Last trampoline mat lasted 8 years. Not happy . Crap quality

Just another disappointed customer – So we ended up getting the 12 ft because it had the appropriate weight ration for one of us to get on with the kids. From that respect, it's fine, however like almost everyone else, the pads and net are completely trashed and cost almost as much as a new trampoline!

Terrible – Just over 12 months old and the mat, netting and pads all need to be replaced. The net and pads have deteriorated in the weather and have big holes in them, and the spring-free mat is so loose the kids can't even jump on it anymore. I now have a 12 ft trampoline that takes up the entire backyard that is useless. Total waste of $600.

Awful – Only had this trampoline for a couple of years and my daughters leg fell through the mat. She ended up having quite alot of tiny fibres in her skin which most were removed in hospital. We will be contacting the company tomorrow and we have photos of before and after they were removed.

Like others, agree it's terrible quality – Our daughter received this as a gift from her grandmother. Within 12 months, the spring padding began to fade and disintegrate. One of the netting poles bent in the wind and the netting itself was starting to tear. We had moved states and didn't actually set up the trampoline until a year after it was purchased, so we didn't see the wear until it… Read more

was out of warranty. We bought new spring padding to extend its life but now the protective net is torn to pieces and needs replacing. The fact it is an odd number (9 foot) makes after market parts harder to get and more expensive. The whole thing will be landfill soon, not even 2 years after it being set up for the first time. A colossal failure of a product.

Not recommended – These trampolines are low cost but terrible quality. Had to throw it out after just a few years. Of course called them- they do not have spare parts, expecting the container coming in several weeks. It will cost more than $200 for spare parts. Very disappointing- it is spring. Poor quality because was cheap?- not sure , the previous trampoline, lasted more than 4 years used almost daily, in full sun, padding was replaced once after 3 years and net was almost intact at the end.

Net and mat deteriorated. Parts more expensive than the new trampoline – Its cheap, the net started breaking after a few months, and the pads have now totally deteriorated and dangerous as the white foam that is in the mats and plastic is perfect for the kids to put in their mouths or breathe in. The spare parts cost more than the trampoline. Not happy with this purchase. It was good for the first few months. Doesn't last long. Cheap trampoline bt expensive parts.

You get what you pay for – It's a cheap trampoline, so don't expect much. We bought it as a xmas present. After 1 year the foam pads disintegrated, and had to be replaced. After 14 months the netting on the side is perishing, making it unsafe. The bounce is pretty rubbish, but I guess you would expect that from an 8 foot trampoline. It's something the kids will use for years, so shell out for a better quality one from the start. Cheap. Poor quality.

Not bad – Bought this trampoline for my daughter in January....it's now February and the originally bright pink pads are now a dull pink. Faded VERY quickly even with the net and shade 'circus tent' cover on top and kept in relatively shaded area! The legs seem a bit flimsy. The kids like it thought which is the main thing. Kids love it. Good bounce and holds adults as well. Flimsy legs and pads faded way too quickly.

Sooooo disappointed – Set up for Christmas , the springs come off too easily the jumping mat is floppy no tension at all. Do not recommend. When jumping it sounds like it is going to fall apart. I encourage you o spend a little more and get Australian made if available so you can get proper warranty. Nothing No tension on jumping mat and sounds like its going to break when jumping on it.

Excellent - we got nearly 7 years out of it – Excellent - we have had almost 7 years out of it - in all weather under trees in QLD. Yes pads went after a few years and were replaced. Netting was replaced also after 5 years. Springs mat mat quality superior = good bounce - friends cheaper trampolines and it has outlasted all others we know. Quality

Does not last long! – Our trampoline was under a year old and it was showing signs of weather damage. The actual frame is flimsy the mat itself is fine but the shield and padding are now stuffed..it looks like its had 50 kids jumping on it at once and is completely shredded... To replace it all costs more then the trampoline did..... Bad padding and shield. Nt good for Australian weather. Buy another brand!

Action Trampoline Review – I purchased a 12 foot Action Trampoline five years ago and the quality of the item was poor. The blue pads do not wear well, they cracked and fell apart within 12 MONTHS. stuff quality, but this here is false advertising. No way it can withstand the weight of a 150kg person on it as they claim. Their warranty says, that they recommend you to disassemble it for gusty winds and store it inside (takes 2.5h assembly and 1.5 for dis assembly). So basically do not use it outside! This trampoline in my backyard surrounded by houses, fell after 2 days, others in the open live for years. Looked nice. Poor quality. Collapsed. Didnt honour their warranty!
