Just in time for summer – We are so happy with our Actron ESP Plus unit, we have put up with a old unit that struggled to cool or heat, we had our unit installed during some very hot days and we are absolutely loving the cool house and are amazed at how quickly the house cools down, how quiet the unit is inside and outside. make when building, you can change or upgrade your decisions later. With Actron you have to replace the whole indoor and outdoor units to upgrade to better functionality. All of their brochures refer to the Ultima "option" but the "option" is only available up front for a considerable increased cost and can't be added later.

It is clear that Actron is only interested in proprietary systems to drive higher margins, rather than user flexibility. This is even more obvious when you look at 3rd party options and realise that Actron don't provide any compatibility to upgrade with others solutions either. All of the major brands provide both internal upgrades as well as third party integrations, allowing you choice and flexibility.

I wouldn't recommend the Ultima either as then you are still locked into that functionality did your needs, or technology, change. Businesses need to learn that integration and customer choice is critical in this day and age.

If you are looking at Ducted AC and like the idea of adding functionality down the track, go with Daikin, Mitsubishi, Panasonic or Samsung as they provide much greater flexibility.

WIFI feature is amazing. zoning was too easy. easy to install and super easy to maintain. love Actron. probably will never ever go to any other unit. Great system – We upgraded to this system when building and so far it seems like a great system and not too expensive to run. We purchased this because it is an Australian company. from Actron made the time to come and look at it. We haven’t used it much as we also have a wood fire but it’s great to either cool off the bedrooms or warm them up in the night if the temp changes suddenly.

Extremely happy with this unit – Replaced a hard working 20+ year old Daikin Ducted system with a new Actron ESP Plus. Read reviews about noise and i must say i was concerned. At this stage i would have no hesitation in recommending Actron ESP Plus - we are really impressed.

Its great – I just had the system recently installed and its very quiet. It cools the house quickly especially in these hot summer days. I'm so glad I have it now and look forward to cooler summer days indoor. Also the price was very afforable for the system and very easy to use.
