refreshments and biscuits. The person who answered the phone, not Rudy, was very rude and hung up before I could ask why they changed their mind and why I was told to call someone else. Worst customer service ever ADCD Mowing!!!

Appalling Service – WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND!! Horrible customer service, running business’ ourselves we are time poor so were happy to give regular business - Take your money and then are no shows on one occasion, excuse after excuse after excuse as to why they can’t come or don’t show up, it’s too hot, it’s a holiday, I can’t be bothered today, I’ll do it another day, I have no time. It’s honestly not that hard, good luck to them, they’ll need it.

Worse experience – They are worse people ever met. Very unfriendly and don’t know how to talk to their customers.The job was not done properly to customers satisfaction.

Dishonest and disgusting customer service – Was initially quoted between $250-300 for some general garden maintenance including weed removal and poisoning, grass cutting and edging. understanding about the additional cost (and the particulars about the original cost) the operator got very defensive and the figures that he was quoting were not adding up (and kept changing every time they were mentioned). The operator then mysteriously dropped the additional $100 charge but refused to complete the job, saying that what was remaining was not part of the original quote despite the fact that it was. Would not recommend at all, and probably a case in point to ensure you have a written quote before starting any works.

Not value for money – Was quoted $470 for a hedge trimming job. The operator demanded $500 because he claimed that he had been on site for longer than 6 hours; this was untrue. The $200 charged for removal of the green waste was excessive, the local tip would have charged me no more than $35 for the same load. Very dishonest – Been quoted a few and this guy looked enthuthiastic and eager to get my work done. So went with him and although he started the work at my backyard 1 day after raining (the mud was everything out on the street!) he and his co-workers cleaned them up. stone are too wide apart so he said will come back the next day or so to fix that, and thus I paid him all. But its been 3 mths since i last heard from him (rang every week and he kept saying busy). Eventhough he said 1st mow included yet he never come back, for the paver or even mowing. And it hit me that I got ripped off for the small job too. Very dishonest and not trustworthy Dishonest
