to my home which is ARW's obligation under Australian Consumer Law, and obviously ARW's advertised 10 year warranty and 15 year written guarantee. Due to the way I have been treated by [Name Removed] I have literally lost the plot and have had serious mental health issues including a failed attempt to take my life. This guy thinks the world revolves around him and has absolutely no morals, ethics or empathy. I have no more to say but do not ever even contact this company for Leigh will destroy you! Update - I now have a forensic engineers report that states the wall does not meet the Australian Construction Code and Consumer and Business Services have since contacted [Name Removed] and asked if he and Adelaide Retaining Walls intend to meet their legal obligations and replace the wall that does not meet the Building Code and repair any damage as a result - his offer was to connect some drainage to his wall which should have been at the time of the build – a bit late now! Another update letting you all know I have obtained several written legal opinions and suggestions, all of which agree with all I have been emailing and posting but also emphasised the total disregard and failure to adhere to many aspects of the Australian consumer law! I simply do not have the money to take [Name Removed] and his Lover/Lawyer to court Please help me and spread all of my factual statements to everybody you can!
