Nothing but issues – My housemate bought a car from them, and has had nothing but issues with the car within the first 24 hours. where is the warranty? Null and void and not applicable, apparently. Was told it had been serviced, but it wasn't at all, no battery clamp (defectable), had to get new plates and rego because they took the old plates off to use the remaining rego on another car. Useless customer service, dodgy sales.

diagnostic done for them to fix what’s wrong then they had it for another 6months after and the front window go broken and I had to pay for the window to be replaced, brought it back home to have it sit out the front of my home until I found a mechanic that is willing to fix the problems that I need done.

This is the worst thing to do to someone that only brought there first car, I will never trust another second hand car dealer after the treatment that I received from this car dealership

Unbelievable , dis-honest and should not have a licence to sell motor vehicles – I can only add the the other disgusted customers experience, stay well clear of this mob, there are lots of good dealers out there, but defiantly not this one...

screwed onto the car. There is no book about the cars history. I am appalled at how the much my partner is paying for the piece of junk, that isn’t worth half of the amount he is paying for it. We are lucky to have made it back home on a 3 hour drive without having the Police pull us over to check over the car. Very disappointed to say we have been robbed of our money. mind in next 2 days otherwise nothing else and we have a 3 year warranty. Little did we know we signed away other consumer rights as well.

Definitely do not use this car yard. They say one thing and do the other and now we are left paid for a car that we can't even drive and because we signed a form we are stuck. Same thing will happen to you.

I get that in ACBA eyes we should have researched it more but we trusted that they answered our questions with truth but they didn't and how underhanded of a business to do something so dodgy and to keep getting away with it due to fact we didn't get in writing. Obviously places aren't going to write down what they say if they are being dodgy there needs to be a better process to deal with these kind of situations.

They have now deleted their FB page due to so many bad reviews.

how the accc hasnt shut this man down yet but we will be fighting tooth and nail to be compensated and to have his second hand dealers licence revoked. would not have to give me a loan car and that when [name removed] turned around and said to my brother to go csrew him self and to stick his head up his bum and than hungs up on him so I called back to ark why he hung up on my brother to be told to go screw myself and put my head up my bum. Dodgy Car Yard – Wife got a loan out to purchase a vehicle from them and they didn't mention anything about the serious faults to do with the manifold among other things. the warranty place they force you to use when buying a car is just as corrupt as them. the mechanic we brought the car to because the car yard would not get back in contact with us found SOOOOOOO many issues, the car should not have been sold. Am in the process of pushing this further.. And thinking about dragging them through court as it is not the first time they've done this. Stay clear of this dodgy car yard
