Hassle free purchase
Staff at Arncliffe Suttons were very welcoming and supportive. It was comforting to know that my sale representative-Ibrihim was interested in my needs and finding a vehicle that matched my needs. He displayed a high level of professionalism, whilst also being friendly and easy to talk to. The hassle of finding a care was eliminated. It was my first care dealership, I visited and purchased on the spot.
The team at Suttons City Honda were extremely helpful and patient. Adam was very thorough, helpful and patient. Jason in finance was also great at assisting with the finance side of things. Both very friendly and willing to assist with everything we needed. Fadi and Mark were also extremely helpful in the absence of Adam and Jason. The whole process was so fast and easy I couldn’t believe it!! I went in on the weekend to look around and by Tuesday my car was ready to be picked up!!

Seamless purchase of my new car
The crew at Suttons City were fantastic. They organised everything over the phone and had it ready within a week of first contact. Alison was the absolute professional and Thomas helped greatly with the finance side.
I visited Suttons Alexandria after looking at their website and seeing a used Subaru Liberty that I liked. The salesman, Shane, and the other Suttons staff were friendly, helpful and informative. The car was in great condition and a couple of marks on the duco were buffed by the staff and disappeared. I bought it immediately and love driving the Liberty.

Capped price liars! (Suttons Holden Zetland)
I went in for my Holden Astra 45 month service (75,000)Km which are supposed to be capped price at $229.00.
The service guys said oh its gone up to $289 now because the car is 3 yrs old even though it came with a 5yr warranty period. So I asked how can you increase the price when it says CAPPED? He responded well the car is 3 years old now so we have to do extra things to it......huh, that's the whole reason to buy a car with CAPPED price isn't it?
So anyway I went ahead with the service and they phoned me and said oh the Brake fluid needs to ...be changed and that will be extra. But my car only has 23,000 Km on it and its due to be changed for free at the next service (which should be 90,000) so how can it be dirty at 23,000km.... what a bunch of liars. Then they wanted to charge me $100 for a wheel rotation.... what a bunch of cheats. (Bob Jane will do a rotation and balance for $50-60) In the end all I got for my $289.00 was an oil and filter change. Steer clear of these rip off artists, you don't have to use Holden service to maintain your warranty status! (Oh and thanks for the scratches on my bonnet!!)
Capped Price Service....$400!
Booked my Mitsubishi Eclipse in for a service today....26K on the clock and third service. Still covered under the capped price service. I arrived to see they were trying to charge me $400! When I asked about the capped price service I was told "yeah for a lancer but probably because it's an eclipse it's more expensive" Really...I then said it's listed as $199 on the website and got a, "no it's $400" and then started running his finger down the page trying to show me what the costs were.
I then said forget that and cancel the service ......."OK...

Professional Car Sales Team
After driving down from Newcastle I was looking for a good deal for my trade in & I did. Very professional dealership. I traded my 10yo Subaru Outback & bought a new Premium Outback. Drove down the following weekend & drove home in my new Subaru.
Great service & value. Unique location close to the CBD & a golf course with dog walking facilities close at hand & some historical facilities to engage in whilst on the new car purchasing journey.

Hey Rami @ Suttons Arncliffe Hyundai, why do you bother responding to peoples reviews and offer for them to contact further so you can resolve their issues but then never actually do anything about it? Don't bother if you aren't going to take it seriously, you might think it makes your business look like you take peoples concerns seriously on these forums but for those who actually want some issues resolved it just makes them crankier.
