While the customer service with Craig was great. The car had not been detailed/cleaned as I was advised it would be prior to pick up. While picking it up from the undercover park, it was dark but after driving back from the Sunshine Coast, I could see it had not been cleaned prior to sale. bubbles on the driver side 3-4days later, so disappointing after the company was recommended. I have advised the motor one company. Ask for a second inspection prior to signing final paperwork on collection to make sure detail/cleaned has been done.

department feigned surprise, yet a simple Google search shows this is a well-known, widespread problem. They then told me there was a recall to fix it.
When I collected the car after this first service I specifically asked if the issue had been resolved. I was fed a load of technical jargon and excuses, including that the software “wasn’t available” – despite them previously claiming MG had issued a recall. If there’s a recall, you’d reasonably expect the fix to exist.
I was told I’d be called to rebook. That never happened.
Five weeks later, I rang them myself to ask if the recall software was available. The staff member had no idea, but booked me in anyway - specifically for the Navigator recall service - on 14/1/26. After collecting the car it was clear that, yet again, it was not fixed & the Navigator was still useless! .
I attempted to contact Von Bibra MG Service the following day - I rang three separate times (morning, midday, and afternoon) and left two messages. Not a single call was returned. Completely ignored.
This is absolutely disgraceful service from start to finish. I now feel trapped having no option but to deal with them, but I would NOT recommend Von Bibra Robina or their MG service department to anyone. Avoid if you value your time, money, or sanity.
Follow-up · 2025 MG HS Hybrid — 3+ months on and still faulty! The navigation system still does not work and the infotainment system it is a part of continues to have random issues. Since purchasing the car, I have spent countless hours on the phone and in person trying to resolve a warranty issue and now attempting to lock in the cars first service, The warranty issue was acknowledged on the day of purchase. I was assured it would be rectified promptly. Nearly 8 months later, nothing has been resolved. I have spoken to overseas call centres, service managers, and multiple staff members, yet no one takes ownership or follows through. The service representative assigned to me does not reply, and I cannot even get someone to contact me regarding the vehicle’s first service. Not that I would trust them to service my vehicle at this point — I simply want the warranty claim honoured as promised. The complete lack of communication, accountability, and customer care is unacceptable. Once the sale is complete, it feels like the customer no longer matters. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing from this dealership. The vehicle may be excellent, but the after-sales support is a disgrace.
Save yourself the stress- stay away from these sharks. They ripped me off big time with a car that I was assured over 100 checks were done before I picked up the car. Drove away and discovered numerous mechanical problems. I wanted to exchange but of course they didn't let me. Told me to contact the product warranty instead. Everytime I try to book my LDV in for anything it’s always a minimum of 2 weeks wait. This week I had to get an alternator replaced under warranty, battery keeps going flat cannot drive the car , got stuck twice with flat battery, nearly a 3 week wait for an emergency job. So much advertising but a very frustrating place to try to spend money or get a car done. I will not be going back ever. Over them..

suspension and general handling have definitely improved and the interior is lovely. Rob, James and Noah in sales and delivery team were genuinely excellent and Maddy in the service team is also top shelf.
In short I was delighted with the deal, the car and the backup service. Thanks to all involved and I can 100% recommend the car to anyone looking for reliability and quality.
