So simple and perfect! – I always use this when I have guests over and it never failed me. It does everything for you and all you have to do is serve it when it is ready. I’ve also added spices in the cooker with the rice and cooked it and it turned out amazing. Very easy to clean afterwards. Show details
Crap crap crap ! ... should not be allowed to sell – Brought from Woolworths $20 . . . I will be going onto my 3rd one this year once I've returned this to woolworths tomorrow.. will not stay on cook function and drops prematurely to warm all the time .. waste of time and money.. went out and expected rice to be cooked when came back bloody thing had clicked back to warm and there was rice sitting… Read more
in warm water just as I left it .. tested it and it just kept dropping out stayed on once for just enough time to cook some gluggy rice CRAP... Avoid and DO NOT PURCHASE..
Good for the price – Basic but functional rice cooker. Used it twice now. Most importantly you need to read the instructions properly and wait ten minutes after it changes to 'warm' before the rice will actually be properly ready. They should probably put the 10 minute wait requirement on a sticker on the cooker because I'm guessing a lot of people don't read the… Read more
instructions. Cooks quickly and, as a result, somewhat unevenly with some brown bits of rice at the bottom but that's the price you pay for quick rice.
At $20 not value for money – These are a cheap rice cooker sold by Woolworths. Our first cooker wouldn't stay on 'cook' but would go straight to 'warm' so the rice stayed raw, so we took it back. Our exchanged cooker worked but managed to cook sushi rice partly cooked, partly undercooked and slightly burnt on the bottom. It was awful. We'll have to pop this cooker in the wheelie bin and go and buy a Sunbeam one, if you can still get them.
