Following day, when concrete had dried and was able to clearly see the job, there were issues everywhere. * floors definitely NOT level. There are many obvious areas of unevenness. No need for a level to see how uneven the cement is. * Door entry - door does not fully swing open again, uneven floor. * Door entry - same entry where water sits. Scoops 5mm. Shallow pool. Showed Spiro and was informed it was due to the clean up. Being able to splash the water around is not due to cleanup. The water stayed for a while. * Informed [Name Removed]when laying the cement regarding slide door to place cones to level door. No cones installed as the Glass slide door has dropped and now there is also a gap on top of frame. * Upon clearing the yard, with the bobcat, cement has been cracked. Sent photos of issue and response was ‘OH, NO. Will come back the next day and repair’ - To date, have not heard from him. Now, I am left with an uneven floor where we need to place packing to level out. Cracked cement, scratches on a new shed which was installed 2 weeks prior. Gaps in slide door and cement all over screen - the list is never ending. Spiro also sent someone else to check out, who clearly saw all the imperfections. Would I recommend, NO. Overall, it will cost more to fix all the imperfections. If you want to throw money away, this is the company to hire.

Don’t expect any follow ups to further poor workmanship, will avoid you completely.
