Worst online experience I’ve ever had. The business chose to ignore both emails and calls when I seeked to make a 90-day refund from day 40. Only after the 90-day period (day 92) did they choose to respond. Claiming that I am now not eligible for a refund. I returned the item under the promise that I will receive a different colour sheet…only to be sent back the exact same colour bedsheet I had returned. Show details

TOTAL SCAM!!!! I have genuinely never experienced anything like this. After repeated follow-ups, they then attempted to send a “replacement” except what arrived was a completely different synthetic quilt cover from another company entirely, not the product I ordered and seemingly not even from Adore Earth. To make matters worse, the product I originally purchased was advertised as Australian made, yet the item I received was not.....and it was clearly marked on the label! Not surprisingly, customer service has been appalling....months of unresolved correspondence, no accountability, no phone support available (a dodgy number and voicemail, which has since been deleted!), generic copy-and-paste responses AI generated no doubt, refusal to replace or refund despite acknowledging issues with the order. One of their latest responses..."Because more than 60 days have passed since the original “delivery timeframe,” they are now “unable to provide a replacement.” Remarkable logic considering I still have not received the actual item I paid for. I have never seen a more elaborate circus of incompetence disguised as customer service....honestly, that is the only thing they’ve managed to deliver!!! I will now be escalating this through NSW Fair Trading, the ACCC, and other consumer protection channels. I strongly recommend that others proceed with caution, save your money and DO NOT BUY these products.

no way to verify if the sheets are really “100% bamboo” or “100% organic” as they claim. When you contact them to request to return the products & receive a refund they DO NOT respond at all. When I asked to cancel a section of my order this is the only time they responded and they claimed they couldn’t because it was all already dispatched even though it hadnt. But after that they stopped responding to any contact i tried to make despite their 90 day return & 100% refund guarantee they state on their website.
The product listing page doesnt show a thread count for the sheets but they have blog posts on their website that claim their bamboo sheets are 2000 thread count, but then another blog post says that any place that claims anything bamboo over 500 thread count is likely untrue. Another one of their blog posts claims their bamboo sheets are OEKO-TEX certified but Adorearth is no where in the OEKO-TEX directory.
For other products they sell they also use 3rd party sellers which they do not disclose anywhere on the product listing pages or in their shipping policy etc. This is also a break of Australian Consumer Laws as deceptive & misleading practices (ACL section 18).
When i first received my order confirmations I received 2 emails confirming the order, one of the emails has a “track order” button but when you tap it tries to take you to a website “bamboohome.com.au” but the website doesnt load.
Have attached pictures of the pillowcases that show no care instruction label tag attached - the sheets were too difficult to try provide that.
I had to raise a dispute with Afterpay due Adorearth not responding to any of my contact. Adorearth didnt even respond to Afterpay about the dispute. In the end Afterpay looked after and refunded me - if they hadnt of i would have been out of almost $400 for products that do not match the descriptions or quality. Im really grateful to Afterpay for helping me with the issue.

care instructions or anything. Claims on their website to be Oeko-Tex standard are clearly fabricated. After one cold-water wash and line dry the sheets are faded and the colour is patchy.
Second set has never been shipped. They told me they had and sent me the same shipping number as the original shipment. Told me to check around the delivery location for a box in case it had been left somewhere. I had this delivery sent directly to my local Aus Post through Parcel Collect so there is no chance that happened, especially as the Aus Post delivery tracking clearly shows only one package was sent. I asked them to cancel the order for the second set of sheets and refund me so neither of us are paying for unnecessary shipping. So far they have completely ignored that request and simply continued to fob me off and spam me with marketing emails. Their marketing emails come from their support email address so unsubscribing risks not being able to get replies from support. Sneaky.
I would love to return the set I have received, but I have no confidence they will actually refund me despite their "90 day money back" promise.

Wife ordered 2 x king size bamboo sheet sets for Christmas but only received one set in a lovely box. When emailed they said that the second was almost there but they only just organised shipping and tracking. I love my new bamboo sheets. The mulberry colour is stunning and motivates me to make my bed in the morning! Nothing like climbing into a freshly made bed. later: After a week of use I noticed pilling which is uncomfortable. I bet after a second wash that colour will fade too. Also no fabric or brand tags on anything. Plus they absolutely spam with constant email discounts - sure sign of a pump and dump. Sorry about earlier glowing review - just loved that colour. Steer clear.

After purchasing 2 sets of Adorerth sheets I won’t get between any I’d my sheet sets I have since placed 3 more orders, they are Divine even my husband commented . Never slept better. Well after a few washes the bottom sheets have all piled worst part I purchased 3 for gifts. The company kindly sent me 2 more sets , but unfortunately they are King, and our beds are queen. address provided. Advised Adorearth who assured me that the order would be delivered. Website claims 5-8 days delivery within Australia. Order not received after 2 weeks & then message received that order was being returned to sender. Adorearth assured me that order was still scheduled to be delivered & to ignore the tracking status. Tracking showed order arrived in Perth and then Adelaide. Adorearth continued to assure me that the tracking sequencing was inaccurate and order still due to be delivered to me. Tried phoning Adorearth, but straight to voicemail. All email responses assured that the order was being given priority, it would be delivered to me & that would keep me updated. None of these things happened. Fortunately, I was able to lodge a disputed transaction with my bank who have refunded the money STOLEN from me. Please do not order any products from this company. A google search of their company address shows a rural property. I will be checking out this address in person in the near future when I m in Victoria

Follow-up · After at least 3 more emails - all of which were ignored, until my last email notifying them that I was involving the ACCC at which point, I received an email almost immediately, offering a full refund! Attempting to resolve the issue was equally frustrating. There was no accessible phone support, and the online contact options were limited and didn’t reflect my actual issue. Although I did receive some email responses, they were brief, unhelpful, and failed to address my concerns. Despite their advertised return policy, I was not provided with clear or reasonable options to return the incorrect items.
Having spent approximately $400 on products I cannot use, I feel completely let down. The lack of customer service and misleading product descriptions make this a very disappointing experience. I strongly recommend reading reviews before purchasing, something I wish I had done and would advise others to avoid this company altogether.

Definitely not 100% bamboo. Poorly made, they look like they ran out of fabric and sewed an additional section together to make it king sized. I requested a refund three times in the same email thread, the customer support agent overrode my request and re-sent the package. It's been sent back return-to-sender again, and this time I've had no response from their customer support team at all.
The bedding might be great if you can get it delivered, but the support for orders sent back is awful -- I'm super disapointed as I spent a fair amount of money on the order I wasn't able to receive, and trusted they'd honour the refund policy if anything wasn't right so ordered despite not having heard of their company before. Wish I'd looked up reviews before purchase.
