Do not recommend. They told us they could not tell us a delivery date for a new car until we signed the contract papers. Then they said should be a few weeks, then two or three months, then "im sorry there's none available anywhere in Australia" and said 6 months or more to order from factory. Refused to refund any of our $2000 deposit and got aggressive when we pointed out that that they lied about the delivery timeframe. Not impressed.
Worst purchase ever – This is our experience with this business. we were told we needed to pay a $3282.90 to fix the air con completely after a $200 diagnostic fee.
Worst purchase ever.

Liars – I bought a Ranger from Adrian Brian and they out-and-out lied about the delivery date. They said that a car was avaialble in Australia. Only later was it revealed that my car was still being built in Thailalnd. I have bought many new cars and this is the first time the Dealer has just lied to me. I would nver go back to Adrien Brien.
Worst customer support!!! – My 3 year old Hyundai i30’s aircon stopped working, I had to wait three plus weeks for it to be looked at. up at 4:30, that day. As I was working, I couldn’t pick it up that day so instead I paid another $25 in an uber to pick up my car, only to find they hadn’t fixed my aircon. Apparently they had to order parts, which could take two weeks or more. I decided to leave the car there until they fix it, I will have to borrow my fiancés car as they don’t have supply loan cars I am out of pocket and extremely disappointed as the car is my first new car ever, and after 3 years it’s already playing up. What happens when the warranty runs out, I dread to think!!!!
Pathetic service – A congested, messy site. Staff in kia "service" who need training in actually providing service
Positive experience – Purchased a new car. Sales person wasn’t pushy. Every single staff member I dealt with was lovely. Kept me up to date about the arrival of the my car.
Shocking service, 4th trip back, $8000 plus, running terribly – My daughter has had a horror run with Adrien Brien, back for the fourth time, in last two months, they had it for 4 of those weeks, totally incompetent, seem to create new problems each time trying to fix the previous one, absolutley hopeless, costing her a fortune, a disaster as a single working mum... no courtesy car, refer to computer over night for error codes, obviously do not take it for a run after service, beggars belief, onto ACCC.
Avoid Adrien Brien – I purchased my Jeep Cherokee 4 years ago, from first service i notice noisy sound , their response is to use ultimate fuel although the car can be used with normal unleaded, i did used ultimate fuel as advice and cost me more money and still have the sound . i tried to make complained twice and so far no response . more over i booked my service… Read more
16/2/20 and confirmed it will be Saturday 14/3/20 and they requested to drop the car 8 am as its a big service . i requested my manger to take 14/3 off for my car service as i live away from the service center. yesterday 13/3/20 one day before the service day they sent me message they cant do it 14/3 as its a big service and have to reschedule it to weekdays, tried to call them and no answer , so had to go on 14/3 early in the morning because they didn't send a conformation and i cant take any more days off . the service consultant treated me really bad, talk tome while he is drinking his coffee telling me this service require 4 hours and they work only 3 hours today. they already know it will take 4 hours and they work only 3 hours on Saturday and they booked me in a month ago, and only get a notification the day before scheduled . now they cost me fuel , unpaid day from work and have to take another day off which is hard now . i requested them how to make an official complaint as i haven't received a response from previous complaint and also no answer . now i travel alot for work, car is due for service , lose money and leave . never buy a Jeep and never buy a car from Adrian Brien , don't recommend them at all.
Worst customer service – New car purchase - They Use aggressive sales techniques; I had to deal with 7 different people; they tried to change the agreed price; zero after-sales service; no manuals; terrible experience
