Wanted to love this but bad wiring and terrible customer service – Had this for about six months. Then it stopped working. uncomfortable. I don’t believe it works. I have disputed this with Pain free Aussie and they will not offer a refund. It is false advertising! I have request to make a complaint and have been ignored. Still no invoice has been received. Poor quality, terrible customer service and false advertising!

Cleared my acne! – I struggled with acne while i was pregnant/bfeeding with my second baby which was something i had never experienced before! Faulty wiring.... replacement also died after 6 months – I was in love with this mask within the first few months of using then it started flickering on and off untill eventually it just stopped working. I got a free collagen mask with my order and went back to get some more once I tried it...they just work so bloody well together. I get that burning sensation just before I breakout because I know I have my led to stop it coming on or hanging around for too long/at all. I have always called them when I want to change the treatment setting and they are always so lovely and supportive, the customer service is great. I did leave a review on their website too which has so many positive reviews so well worth a read if your thinking about getting one. I highly recommend!

Faulty wiring – The mask is really good when it works. I initially bought the mask and after only a few weeks the wiring was faulty. I returned the mask and they did repair it. However, it became temperamental within the year. Now it keeps flashing on and off and I can’t use at all. Looking at other comments, I’m not sure I’ll get anywhere with Aduro. A lot more people must have been experiencing this and complaining to the company as they have disabled reviews from their facebook page. I tried to comment on their posts my honest reviews and the company instantly deleted it and blocked me. It is clear they have something to hide. Do not waste your money on this item.

Poor quality device – I purchased the $450 mask 1.5 years ago. them (which I did) She then got back to me to state that we must have bent the wires back somehow by bending the plastic connection, connecting the wire to the mask as the wires were completely snapped!. We had not done that EVER. We wore the mask for treatments and put back in the box; taking great care every time(regardless; note also the device is portable and there is no mention of not bending the plastic cord covering!!) . We pushed back on the lady working within the warranty department and she would not allow me to speak with a manager and only suggested a $100 voucher towards a new mask!!! So 1.5 years after purchasing the device, we spend another $#50 on a new device?! I don't think so. What a joke. This is an inferior product and I would shop else where. I wish I had read the other reviews on here before purchasing. I will complain to the ACCC and envoke statutory warranty that I am entitled to, plus writing multiple reviews to get this information out there.
