very personable, informative and communicates re service times and products extremely well. Plumber Tannen, who does the servicing, is always punctual, has a very warm, personable manner and does an excellent job. What I like really about Tannen is that he is always happy to take the time to explain products and procedures with me. This company has always provided excellent customer service and recently bent over backwards to help me resolve a few complications I had with my system. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I’ve been trying to contact them for 2 weeks. They don’t answer the phone and messagebank is full. They don’t respond to emails either. Think they must have gone out of business. I have been a loyal customer of this company for over 10 years. I think the company is bust now since the change of ownership. Tried to reach them over the phone and email to place an order, and just silence - no one answers calls or emails. I guess time to move to a new business. The best value reverse osmosis system – Never ever drinking tap water again after we had a alkaline under sink reverse osmosis installed by Biopure. The water is so clean and pure to drink I love it. My friends are now calling me a water snob.

Awesome pure water for the whole family – Biopure water for life installed a under sink water purifier in our home just before xmas last year and the whole family could not be any happier. We all are certainly drinking alot more water now that the chemical taste is gone. They also left me a small water test kit so that I know that our water is alkaline like promised.
