(I don't care about travel time; the Gladesville Inspirations is my 100% goto crowd) EVERY SAMPLE (I express "EVERY SAMPLE") I have provided for them has been matched flawlessly. You can hardly see a shade difference to the naked eye. They provide 100% guaranteed service and advice as well. I highly recommend Gladesville team for any colour matching for paint work. All you need to do is provide a sample from your job "approx. 5cm square". They will make the colour paint in Matt; Sheen or Gloss; They do a little swipe with their matched paint mix ON YOUR CUT SAMPLE; They apply a heat gun to dry the paint. They show your sample with their blob they swiped on your sample. "GO LOOK FOR THE MIS MATCH" I bet you CAN NOT see what they swiped on your SAMPLE you provided to them. THEY ARE THAT GOOD. I GUARANTEE THEY WILL NOT STUFF IT UP... !!!!!!

Inspirations Paint looked after me and really took his time to listen to my 'projects' and problems and recommended products, advised to check certain things first before I buy the right stain for wood... Some products he recommended were slightly cheaper but of the same quality I asked for, with other products he recommended to consider a slightly more expensive option which results in a better finish at the end (e.g. brushes and rollers for painting). The whole time I felt well looked after, not pressured in any way to buy a certain products. I received great advice what to do and to use, what tradies use and works well... Service was very unproffessional – Attended this business to purchase paint and supplies (nearly $1,000 worth). I worked out the square meterage to cover while there and the Manager determined the amount of paint required. We had picked out our supplies and determined the colours which required tinting. tgo go for lunch (half way through the sale) and told us another employee would look after us. I had a Drs appointment so we left and my wife was to come back and pick up the paint. The Manager failed to properly hand over to the employee with the result my calculations re square meterage were not taken into account and the employee advised my wife we would require extra paint due to raked ceilings (this was taken into account in my calculations). As a result we ended up with 10 litres of paint instead of 8 at an extra cost of $25 per litre. In addition when my wife returned the employees were quite dismissive of her to the point of rudeness. We will not be back at this store.

Goodbye – Purchased paint today. I am longer in your computer records according to the staff member - mobile and email not found. Staff member was glum faced but undertook his tasks well and identified my needs. No metal clips were applied to the rims on the paint tins. it's knowledge of the products and good advice which is the key to the success of any painting project. In addition, they are always offer to carry heavy paint tins to my car which is very helpful! It's great to have a dedicated paint shop in Atherton and although I am glad my reno is nearing its end, I know where to go for future painting projects, big or small (preferably smaller next time!)
