Terrible since change of ownership. I’ve shopped with evercleaner for years and didnt realise the ownership had changed until my recent automated order. The laundry sheets have reduced in size and the service is terrible. Payment was deducted in early June and 3 weeks later I still haven’t received my order. I cannot cancel my subscription online and customer service won’t do it for me. I don’t recommend evercleaner to anyone in Australia.

I ordered the dishwashing kit, which included the powder and dispenser bottle. It was incredibly tedious to try and empty out the often clumped powder into the small dispenser bottle hole. customer service, in trying to get a replacement through their advertised 'lifetime warranty' on Everbottles. It's been over 2 months and 4 follow-up emails from me after the initial request and they're just ignoring me.

Annoying to use and woeful customer service - I would avoid since they can't fulfil their service.

or their email response just goes round in circles asking for the same information over and over. Also, as others have said, this is not an Australian company. From an email back in March, they even said "There has been a slight setback due to the Chinese New Year holiday, which temporarily affected production and shipping schedules." I'm really disappointed that I'm stuck with a heap of product that I specifically had not ordered, and that I was suckered into believing that I was supporting an Australian business.

Laundry sheets work so well to clean and freshen our clothes. The fragrance is subtle and pleasant. The detergent is gentle on delicate fabrics but cuts through stains, smells and dirt. We've tried so many eco friendly laundry solutions and this is by far the best.

I have used the products for a few years now. Great results. Love being able to cruise or holiday with a few light weight sheets for washing. Highly recommend you try these products.

Great dishwasher soap tablets, which consider nature’s wellbeing rather than excessive effect. I bought to use on our farm which has a septic tank. The cleaning of the dishes is excellent!

the company to say the products are still the same - sorry but my sense of smell hasn't changed but the detergent sheets certainly have and you have to use twice the amount. Will run these out and never order again.

I keep getting the same reply from the company, where they 'truly appreciate the feedback and want to clarify the updates' "it's there mission to make improvements' etc and the claim that the formula and cleaning performance remain the same high quality you're used to. billing is handled.

No customer should have to follow up multiple times to stop a service they have already cancelled. Being charged after cancellation and then having to chase a resolution is unacceptable.

This needs to be addressed with a full refund and proper cancellation. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company.

Something has changed with this 'Aussie' made company. Ive been odering laundry sheets for nearly 2 years, since Oct 2025 the laundry sheets have changed size, feel and scent. Such a pity, as they used to be the best!! Its also really difficult to cancel a subscrption, web page gives no ability to cancel so ive had to change my billing to an account with no money in it.....

These products used to be great quality & had great customer service too. confusing email stating a refund was not possible. Eventually Evercleaner agreed through third party mediation to refund me, but four more weeks and still no refund. Serious disconnect between Evercleaner customer service team and fulfilment team at the very least. Bad experience for someone trying to do the right thing for the planet.

This company has been bought by a multi national and they have ignored my emails and messages trying to track down my lost delivery of laundry sheets. They use to be amazing when it was an Aussie husband and wife company. I wouldn’t trust their natural ingredients and processes claims anymore

We used Evercleaner for a couple of years 23-25 with no problems at all. Products were very good, plastic free a described and customer service was spot on. cancel my order upon request and have refused to refund even with the product returned. I suspect a change of ownership. This Australian company will also charge you cross border fees as the transaction is processed in the USA. Be aware they are not what they seem.

Clearly something has changed since I last ordered which is a shame because it was a good product and I wanted to continue to support an Australian environmentally friendly business. This is sadly no longer the case.

Money taken & order has not been fulfilled, going on 12 days now. Have tried email contact, Facebook contact & Instagram contact with no replies. Google suggests they sold the business, who are the new owners?! I’d like a refund!! & to cancel my subscription.

TERRIBLE PRODUCT. No better than water. Not disinfectant. Money back guarantee doesn’t exist and will only refund if the product is damaged. Just a Greenwashes brand. Better to go with For All or a Woolworths Eco brand.
