The annex is quite roomy, but it leaks even in the lightest rain. In heavy rain the floor ends up filling with water, seemingly from the seam join between the floor and walls. The roof also cannot be pegged out sufficiently to help it to shed water, so you end up with a pool of water on the roof that you have to push out from the inside. Avoid purchasing this at all costs, unless you never plan to take it out in the rain.
