Hi, My sons swag mattress has not expanded after 48hrs, how do I go about getting a replacement?
Hi Jo, Sometimes the particles inside the swag mattress get stuck together, preventing expansion. We would recommended drenching the mattress in water, and letting it dry over a 24 hour period. This can cause the particles to become unstuck and allow for expansion.
If the issue does persist after this we would recommend contacting our team either in store or at 1800 88 39 64 for further assistance.

Hello - I bought a Kings Daddy Deluxe swag a couple days ago. The foam mattress still hasn’t expanded properly. How long does it usually take? Can I take it back for a replacement? Thank you.
Hi Isobel, Thank you for the question, I can advise that it should take at most 10 hours, with 4 hours being the recommended minimum, with that said if it's surpassed 24 hrs then please reach out or drop by as we can get that resolved for you under the units warranty.

It says the canvas is water resistance and the base is water proof does that mean in harsh enough conditions the canvas would seep water into the swag
Hi there, As long as the swag is setup correctly this should not leak. The dome shape of the swag prevents water pooling. Regards, Courtney
Hi Robert, My experience was that in harsh conditions, the swag is not sufficiently water resistant, and we were flooded. Water came in through the seams that connect the canvas material and the plastic base. There are stitching holes that literally let light (and water) in so if there’s enough rain, it will come in and pool on the bottom of your swag, with the mattress soaking it right up. I’d recommend you read through the magnitude of similar experiences with this swag, and find an alternative.
100% With you there. We got moderate rain and it turned the inside into a freezing cold swimming pool.
I have the big daddy deluxe swag and want to buy a stretcher for it to sit on. Where can I purchase one to fit
Anaconda have good ones. Kings outdoor have crap products, and even worse customer service.
Can you please tell me, what I should do if the foam mattress doesn't expand completely, it is still 70% hard in sections, after 3 days.

how long will the mattress take to inflate when wet

Then why did one of your reps suggest soaking the mattress and letting dry to help it expand properly !!

We recommend wetting the mattress if it is not expanding as this can help the particles inside separate. We do also recommend letting the mattress dry before use to allow for the expansion.

I have recently bought one of these swags and have had the mattress unrolled to get back to it’s normal size but after leaving it for a week it’s still crinkled and to be honest unsleepable on, anyone had this issue?

Interested to know how water tight these swags are.
I haven’t had an issue with mine in the rain as yet. I did season it in 3-4 times before taking it out. Just like any canvas product they should be fine in the rain as long as your not playing with the canvas too much inside.
what is the adventure king big daddy swag like in windy conditions
Truly love the swag option for camping, Kings Big Daddy, plenty of room, easy set up etc. Can someone please give me a bit of a hand though.
I get a lot of moisture on the bottom of the mattress. Each morning I wake check the bottom of the mattress, it and the bottom rubber lining is really damp/wet. I have placed another tarp under the swag and this does not help, the end vents are closed or open depending on temperature. I have an extra foam mattress on the top of the supplied Kings for comfort.
Really want to eliminate waking on dampness. Any help appreciated.

you can try the foam squares that have the holes in them and lay them under the swag or between floor and mattress, it just needs airflow. I never really eliminated and it's a bit annoying so I upgraded to a campervan and traveling OZ :-)..... lol
It's just condensation, what you need to do is get it up off the ground sone how,(I know easier said than done). It happens in tents also.. I'm not up on what's avaliable now bit maybe 2 stretcher beds side by side and place swag ontop, that way their will be airflow under the swag and that should eliminate the moisture buildup.. Just a thought
