Advwin 12KG Countertop Ice Maker

Probably the worst product I have ever purchased – These charlatans show five stars on their website. NOBODY could possibly give them more than one star. This product is absolutely useless. The pictures below tell the story. Except that the block of frozen bullets took TWO HOURS to produce - with me getting up and emptying the basket of the tiny little icicles each time it produced 9 or them. That's right. It only produces nine minuscule icicles that are almost paper thin which melt while you're looking at them. They are not kept frozen in the basket, so you have to rush to empty the nine tiny little bullets every ten minutes or so. I don't believe there's any way of preventing them from sticking together and forming one useless block. And they can only be separated with a heavy sharp object. Tiny shards of shattered bullets are the result. The block in the video and pictures below was a result of me collecting them and putting them in my freezer immediately as they were produced. I think part of the problem may be that they are not properly frozen to begin with. They are clear like glass when they drop into the basket. But after they've been in my freezer for a while they are opaque - like heavily frosted glass. I've been putting at least 20 in my glass to keep my drinks well chilled. They don't last long so it's totally useless. Did I mention that it's noisy? I will go back to using ice cube trays in my freezer. The ice cubes take about 5% as much time to manage and they last about 10 times longer. It's hard to imagine why this product exists!
